Adagio B-204 Beach Front - Beautiful Gulf Front Unit!

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful four bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble backsplashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Sisters' Weekend

Our stay was lovely. The unit was clean, spacious and right on the beach. I favorite was the balcony. We could listen and see the ocean while having coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend.

The stay at blue mountain beach was beautiful and relaxing and the proximity to everything else was perfect. The room and amenities did not disappoint, it was exactly as the pictures show. The guards at the gate were very helpful. Getting in and out of the facility was easy. Very clean and organized. The heated pool during the cooler weather was a nice alternative. The pool in the center was also nice, it was just too cool during our stay to swim much. We enjoyed the local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Adagio for all ages.

Loved Adagio but this unit needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start with the positives- great location, love the bunk room- perfect for kiddos! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. What we didn’t love....the bedrooms need dressers- there’s no clothing storage other than closets. ALL of the upholstered furniture was stained and dirty- the sofa, rocking chairs, barstools and table chairs. Some of the table chairs have the seats busted out or the back broken.This unit has so much potential but needs updating and new furniture.If you’re undecided on renting beach chairs- do it!! We had some rain on and off and it was so nice to only worry with grabbing your beach bag and cooler to come back up.We will definitely stay at Adagio again but will look for another unit if this one isn’t given some love.

Not worth the money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As an Adagio renter for last 10 years+, this was very disappointing. The unit was definitely not anything as described. The two blue chairs were broken, and literally you fall forward out onto the floor, the off-white sofa was filthy, all the chairs were stained and dirty. The ice maker (under cabinet) did not work, the wood frame around this icemaker was falling off, the toilets would not fully flush. The unit was NEW to the program???? As a large family, we sometimes rent two units, but now we will be looking for other accommodations. I will say one thing, the property management was very helpful and prompt to assist us, but truly the owner of this condo needs to "update" and reassess the condition of this unit. This is a prime location but subpar otherwise.

Like little bars of soaps, hand/body lotion and Kleenex. Just the bare necessaries for the kitchen. Like the owners have never cook there. Meaning pans, cooking intensils etc. Great Toaster!
