Surprise Birthday Visit for MnL

This trip was for my mother in law’s 55th birthday and it was a surprise trip for her as she didn’t know we were coming. This house was in a great location and we were only 5 to 10 minutes from all of my husband’s family who lives there in Little Rock. The house was very beautiful and clean. We did have some little issues but those were handled and apologized for. Overall we had very nice time staying at the home. Will look at this home again when visiting family in this area. Thanks again!

Visiting Family

We are from the area but moved to Texas about 8 years ago. We have outgrown staying with family and there are to many of us for one hotel room. Vrbo is our go too. This location was five minutes from the grandparents on both sides. The house looks to be recently remodeled and is gorgeous inside. The yard is well kept and the back has a nice deck and fenced yard. The neighborhood is older but definitely quiet and family friendly. We were there for the Halloween weekend and got to see the trick-or-treaters. Lots of families and they all waved even though they didn’t know us. The property owner where is easily accessible by message and quick to respond. We did not have any major problems whatsoever. Very cozy house. While we did not bring our puppers this time being able to bring her is always a bonus. I would recommend this property.

Extremely Disappointed

Went to Little Rock so my son could have a heart procedure done. Family came in from out of state so, I rented this property so we could all be together. Property was not clean (filthy, actually) and as a result, we decided to leave after a short back and forth with the owner made us feel like the cleaning issues were not going to be resolved in a timely fashion. We spent a total of 15 minutes (maybe) at the property when we came to the conclusion that we were going to need to find a much cleaner place to stay. I asked for a phone call and/ or some type of refund since we were not going to stay at this property, and never received either one. Very disappointing experience.

Family Oasis

We came down for a wedding and this place was a perfect, quiet oasis for my family to rest after all the wedding fun. The property is gorgeous and roomy. The owner was prompt answering questions and very accommodating to my families comfort. Can't forget the comfort of the beds; all 4 of us slept like babies! The beds and linens are high end allowing for a great night sleep! Thanks so much for allowing us to use your property on our family visit! V/R Annia
