In the commune of Saint-Georges-de-la-RiviĂšre, less than 2 km from the beach, we offer this charming 97 mÂČ house with a sea view, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty, bright 42 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 mÂČ garden.

The accommodation comprises
- A 42 mÂČ living room with TV, armchairs and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 14 mÂČ room with sea view, queen-size bed (160×200) and large dressing room
- Bedroom 2: 13.5 mÂČ room with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with 2 basins and a large shower
- A separate WC
- A 10 mÂČ storeroom

Outside:
- A beautiful 350 mÂČ garden surrounding the house, private and unfenced
- A 60 mÂČ terrace facing south and south-west with a sea view, as well as furniture to make the most of the fine weather
A table and 4 armchairs as well as 2 bicycles are available in the garden room.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Georges-de-la-RiviĂšre, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Die Bilder waren sehr realistisch,die Einrichtung gut,dasBett bequem.Die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet,leider hat die SpĂŒlmachiene nicht geschlossen und konnte nicht benutzt werden.Die Reparatur erfolgte am Vortag unserer Abreise in unserer Abwesenheit ohne Terminabsprache.Die Dusche war defekt,es konnte nur der abgeplatze Schlauch der Handbrause benutzt werden,diese wurde Montags dann repariert,d,h der Schlauch wurde ersetzt.aber nur die Handbrause funktionierte.Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet,die Strasse nur Schotter wurde neu gebaut,dh ab 8 Uhr morgens Baggerund Strassenbaufahrzeuge bis 17 Uhr.Leider war die Terasse dadurch nicht zu nutzen.

Un endroit calme oĂč il est facile de trouver le repos tout en pouvant partir Ă  la dĂ©couverte de la rĂ©gion qui est splendide. La description est parfaitement conforme et de plus, nous avons eu toute l’aide dont nous pouvions avoir besoin pour une demande supplĂ©mentaire. Les Euphorbes "Zu den StrĂ€nden, DĂŒnen und Wandergebieten muss man zwar mit dem Auto fahren, aber es lohnt sich!!! 🙂 GroßzĂŒgige sĂŒdwestlich ausgerichtete Terrasse, alles ebenerdig, neue komplette Ikea-Ausstattung, WC und Bad getrennt. 🙁 Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Neubaugebietes. Es gab an mehreren Tagen BaulĂ€rm (KreissĂ€gen, hĂ€mmern, klopfen, Dachausbau und Arbeiten an den Fassaden etc. ) Die PrĂ€sidentenbalkon Zufahrt war unwegsam, da es noch keine fertige Straße gab. Es fehlte eine Beschattung/ Sonnenschirm und eine Mappe mit Informationsmaterial bezgl. MĂŒlltrennung, MĂŒllabfuhr, Fahrradverleih, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Es gibt keine Grillmöglichkeit und kein BĂŒgeleisen."
