We had another great stay at the house! Everything was clean and the cookies and wine are always a great touch!! We always love sitting on the porch in the peace and quiet after a long day at the State Fair.

Our second visit in Aug 2026 confirmed that this lovely farmhouse is one of the best Vrbo rentals in our experience. The expansive, tranquil yard; well-stocked kitchen; front and back porches; and comfy queen beds place this rental WAY above average. The setting is a farm neighborhood, but extensive shopping and good restaurants are only a short drive away. Hosts Bob and Sharon are terrific people and quickly respond to calls, texts, and emails. Our stays here have been A from first day to last!

This property far exceeded my expectations. The hosts welcomed us with wine and freshly baked cookies. Their large, beautiful home is truly welcoming and designed to make guests feel comfortable. It is close to stores, restaurants and activities. There are many games, books, and a wonderful fire pit for fun at home. They have bird feeders that attract many beautiful birds. The property is surrounded by lovely landscaping complete with beautiful flowers and trees to be enjoyed from the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Peaceful Country Stay

This is a beautiful, comfortable country home with wonderful hosts. Well stocked, clean and homey, we enjoyed every minute. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Sharon and Bob are great host. I love the homemade cookies and the bottled wine that they provided the home was very charming and relaxing. We loved the bird feeder. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

Very homey! Like staying at an aunt and uncles house

Sharon and Bob were great! The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and Sharon and Bob even left us bacon and eggs for breakfast. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying here again!

Gracious Hosts, Perfect Stay

Our hosts Bob and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Their property was clean, welcoming and peaceful. We are so glad we decided to stay at their vacation rental vs a hotel in Syracuse. We felt like we were staying with family and enjoyed every minute we were there.
