Family stay

Very clean home. The kids loved the toys that is a nice touch. Our only complaint is the mattress in the first bedroom was so thin you could feel the slats thru it.

Mountainbike Weekend

7 friends hit Fruita for some epic mountainbiking. This property made our trip ideal. It slept all of us comfortably. The living room is wide open to sit around and tell stories about the day's riding. The back porch was a nice spot to do the same. The real kicker for us was the ping pong table in the garage! The house is about a mile away from downtown Fruita, so we rode into town - it's easy and refreshing.

Great stay!

We were very comfortable in Miquela’s lovely, spotless home. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable and nice furniture and every convenience was provided. We will be back!
