Hi, Im Janine. I grew up with a home on the back bay in Ventnor. Guess you could say that its in my blood. My family sold the home when I was young and have always wanted to be back on the back bay and share that experience with my family, and now you my guests! Some of my favorite memories are watching the sunsets from the front porch, listening to the seabirds and boats go by and the smell of the bay breeze as the tides change. All of those things can be experienced from this home. It was originally built in 1926. When we purchased the home, it was in shambles. My husband is a General Contractor and has been in the business of construction and home renovations. The home is completely remodeled from the sub-flooring and drywall to the finishing touches and decorating. If you are looking for a Shore experience, this home is for you! Only 2 and 1/2 blocks from the Beautiful Ventnor beaches and board walk. Beach Badges are also provided (5). A bike store a few blocks away in addition to shops and restaurants. Also, close to Atlantic City and all of the amenities there: Outlet Shopping, Casino;s, shows. My favorite show is the Rat Pack every weekend at the Hard Rock and many many more attractions.
Why they chose this property
There are many properties that you can choose from in Ventnor, this property is truly unique. A completely renovated house, built in 1926 on the Back bay in Ventnor. If you want the shore experience there is nothing like waking up to the bay, walking down the stairs with scenic bay views, from every oversized window on the first floor of the home! Watch boats go by as you eat your meal at the dinning room table. There arent many homes in Ventor that can make that claim.
