You have arrived in the "Vacation Capital of the World" and you're going to love staying in our luxury, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, fully equipped vacation townhouse rental situated near DisneyWorld, Universal, Seaworld and Lagoland theme park attractions. There is also the new third Universal theme park "Epic Universe" has officially opened to the public. The property rental is located within the gated resort community at Terra Esmeralda in Kissimmee Florida. Our holiday rental has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable with 55 and 50 inch TVs, Blue Ray DVD player, wireless internet, A/C, sleeps 4-8 and all table lamps support USB connections to recharge your electronic devices. You'll find all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes for eight, dishwasher, microwave, electric range / oven, Keric and Regular Coffee Maker, refrigerator with ice maker. There is a Virtual Tour option available for your convenience.

This vacation rental was truly lovely. The listing is exactly as described. The rooms and spaces were perfect for our family of 5. The pool was well maintained and the hot tub was excellent. Mr. Paulus was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly and took care of our needs. We would 100% recommend his place for any vacationers going to the Orlando /Kissimmee area!

Thanksgiving Week Vacation

everything was wonderful! the house is exactly like the pictures and it was very clean upon arrival. we would definitely choose to stay again - the location was also great as it was fairly even as far as distance to almost everything we went to. we highly recommend this house!

Amazing stay!

The property was very well kept and clean. Barry was easy to get a hold of and was helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again! One thing I would say is the patio furniture needs a bit of updating they are starting to fall apart and the kitchen could use some more utensils (cutting board, knife options).

Fantastic Trip

Had a great time in the Orlando area. Property was great and as advertised. Very clean. spacious and had everything we needed. It's a smaller gated community and is very quiet. Owner responds quickly to any queries we had. The check in process worked very well. Will look at booking this property again.

Great property

The unit was great. Could not hear anyone and the 2 floors were great. It was close to everything we needed. It is quite busy next to the school but you just plan accordingly. Barry was an excellent host. Great communication and responded quickly. The pool was very cold and the hot tub not hot. We are pool people and this was disappointing but being not a resort, we understood as it is run by the owners. Would recommend.

Snowbirds

Barry’s place was great. It was exactly like the photos on-line. We spent 10 weeks at Barry’s so we could escape the cold from up north and be near our daughter & her family. The only issue we had with this condo was parking. There are 2 assigned spots and that’s it. No overflow or visitor parking. They tow extra cars nightly. It made it very difficult for family to visit us. We had to shuttle people 3 miles away when a friend came for a weekend. Overall, great stay and we’d stay here again.

Great trip to Universal Studios

Property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Property owner was very communicative and responsive. Served our needs well. Was a bit of a drive to Universal Studios, especially with traffic, but we were aware of this at booking.
