Every couple of years we go see my brother in Havasu. It’s close to his location easy to get to the property clean nice property. We have stayed there before.

Clean & Comfortable

This property was very clean and comfortable, I love that every room had a king size bed. Fred was a friendly and great host. Property is close to shopping and Boat launch.

River Getaway

This property was excellent!! So many little extra touches that really made it special!! The king size bed in the master bedroom was so very comfortable—I hated getting out of it in the morning!! This was just a very neat place to stay and would love to come back here in the future.

Fun for the Whole Family

The house is spacious, fully loaded with everything you need and a great location! Our dogs highly appreciated the dog door, we enjoyed lots of fun on the patio and were glad to find a fully stocked kitchen (supplies) as well as drinkable water we didn’t have to go get. Fred was a very gracious host, we hope to return again next year!

Spring Getaway

A wonderful place to escape the cold and snow. A very comfortable and well supplied home. Fred the owner was super responsive to any question. The Roku TV was somewhat frustrating when we wanted to watch March Madness. But otherwise, a great experience.

Perfect for us!!

Awesome house with everything you might need. Super responsive manager. Incredibly comfortable beds. Only problem was how close it was to highway. This isn’t a major problem at all, but it kept me from having my window cracked at night. Whoever decides that the whole world needs to hear your exhaust is just immature and pretentious. The house is wonderful, but the people with the loud pipes on the highway are not.

The house is vary clean and really nice to stay in.

Had a really nice visit and enjoyed staying in the house and the area it is located is great. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here. Really had a great visit and felt felt vary comfortable.
