Step inside this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled within a quiet tree-lined neighborhood of multi-million-dollar, mid-century California homes. Its indoor-outdoor style makes it the perfect resort retreat after a long day at Disney, which is 12 minutes away, or one of the beautiful beaches that are 20 minutes away.
In the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a convection oven and gas cooktop, you will be able to prepare mouthwatering meals, for everyone to enjoy in the gorgeous dining room with fireplace. Feeling a bit more casual? Fire up our outdoor BBQ and enjoy some last-minute burgers for the whole family in the al fresco dining area adjacent to the outdoor living space with its 75” TV, gas fire-pit and Sonos WiFi Speakers. And, with FREE NFL Sunday Ticket, this home is sure to please the whole family.
The master bedroom, with direct access to the pool, has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower while the other 2 bedrooms share a bath with a soaking tub. The pool offers complete privacy, BBQ gas-grill, fire-pit & a covered outdoor living room area.

A pet fee of $25 per night per pet for small dogs and $45 for larger ones is available if you’d like to bring your furry loved ones. We supply sufficient paper goods for a typical stay. So no need to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc., on stays of 7 nights or less.
You can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee of $65 to $170 per day to cover the cost of gas. Fee varies depending on season - 4 consecutive-nights minimum. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like to have the pool heated. Max fee applicable from Dec thru Feb.
There are two spare propane tanks provided for your use during your visit in addition to the tanks already connected to the BBQ and fire-pit.
Please bear in mind, that smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and firearms are not permitted on the property.
Parties are not permitted. Due to this being a residential area, please respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am.
*** There are video recording cameras on the exterior perimeter of the property for your safety & ours. :) There are no cameras on the interior of the home or in the pool and backyard areas of the home.
There is another attached rental unit on the property which shares two walls in the kitchen. And one detached unit above the garage. They are designed with meticulous privacy in mind and all spaces have separate entrances and do not view into or have access to your pool and resort backyard. The upstairs apartment is accessible from the opposite side of the property and you’d never interact with them except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood.
Although we allow pets, there are certain dog breeds that are NOT acceptable. These include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Akitas, Siberian Huskies and Wolf-hybrids.

We are the owners and the hosts. If something isn't to your liking, we make it good. We've made the home a great place to enjoy outdoor family time, watch a movie or sporting event in the outdoor living area with fire-pit. Or enjoy surround-sound in the living room by the fireplace on a cool night. We also provide you with several instructional videos to answer any questions you may have on how to enjoy the various amenities of our home. And we're just a few minutes away, should need anything at all.
