Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for two families. Our four-bedroom three, three-bath home has two master en-suites, one Cal King Bed, and one Queen Bed with two full over full bunk bed children's bedrooms. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Upgraded carpet in the bedrooms with laminate wood flooring throughout the rest of the home. Bathrooms are upgraded with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and travertine floors.

Upgraded kitchen with custom panel cabinetry, upgraded hardware, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Spacious living and dining room off of the kitchen. The Main Living Room has a DVD Player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Central heating and air conditioning.

The game room, located in the garage, has Ping-Pong, Air Hockey, a Pool, and toys. There are strollers, a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for infants and toddlers. There is also a full-size washer and dryer.

Relax in our sparkling pool with a built-in Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Enjoy our patio, outdoor seating for adults and kids, and a natural gas BBQ Grill. It's a nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102

This house SLEEPS 10 in beds and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. The house was pretty spacious and conveniently located near Disney, making it ideal for large families. Our favorite features were the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the house could use some tender loving care and a deep cleaning, particularly inside the window frames and the sliding door leading to the pool. I would give it five stars if the laundry machines were accessible to guests, but unfortunately, they were not. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

The house is nice and clean. Pool is very inviting and instructions are given well. Very close to Disneyland and in a quiet neighborhood. A few things that were confusing, the washer and dryer have stickers on them that say "not in use" they ask you to wash the towels, so i am not sure why these stickers are on the machines. The pool alarm is so annoying. It works like they say to use it from the inside, but if you push the bypass from the outside it does not and it will set the alarm off. So you have to have someone from the inside push the bypass button and let you in, or the alarm will sound. I did not contact the host as we were busy and we just lived with it. I am sure this is something that could be fixed. This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was 8 years ago. We liked it alot so we came back! The Furniture is showing some wear especially the patio furniture, but Overall it is a nice place and the location is great if you are going to Disney.

Great stay!

We loved this property along with the location! The hot tub and pool were amazing! We used the hot tub at night after many hours of walking! There were enough pool towels and bath towels for everyone, which was very nice so we didn't have to keep washing.The only downfall to this property is the alarm on the patio door. The outside button was broke so it sounded every time we wanted to go back in.

Great property!

Overall we had a great time. There was a ton of space for our family of 6 and we invited another guest to stay with us. We could have easily fit 10 people, and maybe next time we will would definitely stay here again. Some constructive criticism is we needed more hooks/places to hang wet clothes or towels. Theres little to no counter space in the bathrooms so shelving or a cart to put your stuff somewhere would be nice.With that being said it was a spacious home and the hot tub/pool were very enjoyable.I

Family get away

For 2 adults and 5 children there was enough room for every one. The location was centralized and able to do many activities. My family had so much fun and will be renting this property again in The future

Great house

We had a great stay the house and yard was what we expected. Had a problem with the pool but it was fixed the next day. Just wished the weather was a little warmer. It was great house and hwe had a wonderful stay

Disney Family Trip

Great size bunk beds, could easily sleep two on bottom bunk in each room. Anaheim mosquitos made it so we couldn’t really use the pool for long. But the pool and jacuzzi were well kept and the Tabs in each room were nice for the kids. Quick drive to the parks and the neighborhood felt safe.

Multi-generational Family Disney Vacation

We stayed at the Anaheim house for 3 nights with grandparents, parents and children ages 8-15. The location was perfect to easily access the parks while also being able to get away and relax. The pool was a great amenity. The property was clean and comfortable and the property manager was easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay

After minor hiccups were resolved (door entry code not working, house was hot, hot tub didn't turn on, pool lights didn't turn on) we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Pool was fun, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was great, everything was accessible. Property Manager handled all issues. We would stay here again.

Would recommend and stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, with 3 grandparents. the master bedroom was on the other side of the house where grandparents stayed then kids, parents and 1 grandma stayed on the other side of the house- with the game room and bunks. House was a short drive to Disneyland. would recommend this house to anyone going with a few different families!

Perfect location to Disney

Limited use of pool cause of noise ordinance made our use of the pool limited. Disney was a 3/4 mile walk so we didn’t need to park at Disney. Overall it was a great house

Super easy walk to the parks, we chose to walk most days as loading and unloading the children took more time than just heading there. Unfortunately one neighbor had a party the first Saturday we were there and the other neighbor had a party the next Saturday. They did not adhere to the 10pm curfew. Watching the Disney fireworks from the driveway was great. The house layout was a little strange for two families as you have to pass through one of the master bedrooms to get to the game room and laundry. We loved the pool and hot tub, there’s a shallow section for younger kids and a deep enough section for adults to be able to jump in. Dressers for the bedrooms would be a great addition. Overall a good stay.

Disneyland property

The location was central for getting to the theme parks and not far from beach either. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed except for luggage racks. In my opinion if there is no dresser there should at least be 2 luggage racks in each room. The pool and spa were enjoyable and appreciated the alarm on door.

Great location and stay!

There were ten of us who stayed here, four of which were under the age of 7 and it worked great for us! The house accommodated our family perfectly! We used the high chair, double stroller, and pack n play which saved on extra packing. Several mentioned the king bed was lumpy but we thought all the beds were very comfortable. We loved the spa in the evenings after a long day at Disneyland (fireworks from the spa were a nice addition). The location was excellent for walking to and from Disneyland and we felt safe at all hours of the day. I would stay here again!!

Great place for Disney!

This is an awesome family house - especially when visiting Disneyland. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Not the most comfortable beds, but we made do. The alarm on the outside door took a bit to get used to.. we definitely set it off more than a few times, but very grateful for the safety of it. We were given a late checkout which was really helpful, and then a day later we realized we were missing our daughter’s doll. The manager went above and beyond searching for us - with no luck unfortunately - but again very grateful for kind people!

Great home base for Disneyland

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting Disneyland. The house is clean, comfortable and the pool was great. We had very tired kiddos after a day at the park then swimming until bedtime. Couple of notes regarding concerns we had prior to booking this house: 1. The "quiet hours" weren't a big deal at all. We were more than ready to be inside by the 10:00 curfew. 2. The barking dog does exist but wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't let that stop you from renting this house. Overall, this is a great house for two families with kids who want to go to Disneyland.

Lovely house with easy access to Disney

If you want a place that is a relaxed oasis after a busy day at Disney this is your place. Pool is stunning. Having a kitchen and plenty of interior space to be was wonderful for parents and kids alike. My husband and I enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks from the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was good. My only drawbacks are there are many rules and strict guidelines on check in/check out. We payed to check in an hour early but all of that was in the original contract. The house gets a lot of use and could use some minor repairs and refreshing given the nightly cost. Overall a lovely experience.

Perfect for our Family of 5

Pros: The home was perfect for our family. The highlight was the pool!! The property was well stocked with the necessities (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc). We loved the gas stove and felt the kitchen had every utensil/cooking item we needed. We appreciated that each room also had a portable fan. The home was very clean and very comfortable. We managed well with the walk to and from Disney - took us about 25min each way. We had a great view of the fireworks in the front yard! Cons: there is a barking dog that can be heard at night. It didn’t really bother us; if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend using the fan, which is what we did. There isn’t a lot of space on the bathroom counters to put your stuff on. It would be great if there were shelves to help with storing items. Overall, great experience from check-in to check-out and we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family for future stays!

Family Girls Trip

The property was great, it met my groups needs and was as listed. The house is older and could use some upgrades but it was priced accordingly in my opinion. The big drawback to this property has nothing to do with the property managers but that of the city. It is very frustrating that you can’t be outside past 10pm because of a noise ordinance yet the neighbors are outside partying well into the early morning hours. It was slightly creepy when we thought we could sit quietly outside only to have someone come on over an outside camera speaker to tell us to go inside. The neighbors dogs bark a lot and made more noise than we ever did even in daily light.

Excellent Yard and Space; Furniture Getting Run Down

First of all - we loved our vacation. This house offered everyone their own bedroom and bathroom, which was awesome. The furniture is getting beat up (broken leg on dresser, broken handle on night stand, broken door on vanity, ping pong table broken and chipped), and the house needs a deep cleaning (ceiling vents had visible dust, dishwasher filter was very dirty, washing machine had mold in the rings, etc), but if you can see past that it is a great property, with an excellent yard and great location. Apparently we were the only ones who had to abide by the noise rules, as there were dogs barking at 630am most mornings, and on Saturday at 8am the neighbors started getting their roof replaced. Not a big deal (and not the fault of the property owners), but annoying that we couldn't use the hot tub after 10pm when everyone else could make noise. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to see the fireworks from Disneyland in our front yard, which was a treat. We loved the pool area, and the yard was in great shape. We did not know you had to push really hard on the bypass button from the outside (much harder than the inside one), as it is weather-proof, so we had to ask for help with that, but the property managers assisted us right away. We also got a few new lightbulbs delivered to replace our burnt out lamp, so kudos to the property manager for being so great to work with. Overall we would be willing to stay here again and work with this property owner/manager again.

Good location for Disney

Nice 4 bedroom house with pool and spa that's walkable to Disney (10-15 min walk to Disney parking garage where you can get a tram to security). Place could use some TLC, but overall it had everything we needed for 2 families including 3 kids under 7. Would stay again. The not so good: Alarm on the back door is very annoying, but nothing can be done about it -- it's law. Noise ordinance is also unlike anything we've experienced elsewhere. It doesn't make sense to only apply that to renters as the neighbors can make as much noise as they want. Things that need some attention: -Master bathroom sink has almost no pressure. Impossible to use. -Microwave had not been cleaned before arrival. -Better label on the recycling garbage can. -Spa instructions are wrong - you need to hold the spa button (#1) for an excessively long time for the red light to go on. -Holes for ceiling sprinklers in main room are an eye sore and were done without care. -Neighbor's dog barked quite a bit.
