Regarding the thermostat, the system is intentionally set not to go below 72°F during periods of extreme heat. When outdoor temperatures exceed 100°F, lowering the setting further can cause the HVAC system to overwork, potentially leading to the evaporator coil freezing and a loss of cooling altogether. Maintaining the thermostat at 72°F helps ensure reliable operation and consistent comfort for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your review. Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to hear that the home did not meet your expectations. During your stay, our team responded to concerns that were reported and worked to address them as quickly as possible. We take cleanliness seriously and investigate all reports thoroughly. Some of the photographs provided are zoomed in very close to distort the actual size/condition of items reported. Regarding the pool, Southern California occasionally experiences periods of unusually high winds that can deposit leaves and debris into outdoor pools, even shortly after service. Pool service is provided regularly, and skimming equipment is available for guests between visits if needed. We understand that walking distances are subjective and vary from guest to guest. We provide approximate distances and walking routes to Disneyland so guests can determine what is comfortable for their group. The majority of our guests do walk the the tram on Magic way (free) that takes them to the gate. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Guest feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement and maintain the property for future visitors.
