got to know Fairfax CA

The best aspects were the location close to the town center and a well-appointed kitchen as most of our meals were prepared in-house courtesy of a retirement budget. The one negative was heavy footsteps on the ceiling, maybe due to lack of adequate sound insulation or to lack of common courtesy, or both.
