This perfectly renovated holiday apartment on the first and top floor of a large villa consists of three spacious rooms. Guests have access to a small terrace at the bottom of the garden. The property on a quiet cul-de-sac is ideally located for exploring Cannes, taking advantage of the fine sandy beaches, strolling along the Boulevard de la Croisette and climbing the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals. Here you will spend a dream holiday in a unique and sun-drenched region. Two private and free car parks right in front of the house. The swimming pool is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, as is the garden. It can also be used at weekends on prior request. On request and for a fee: barbecue, cot and high chair.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end August.
