Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the district's revolutionary history. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts. It is especially trendy on the Place de la Bastille side, where there are many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre, and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, whole of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
