The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. the kitchen and living room are open. Living room has a large tv with cable and a nice sitting area. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms equipped with queen beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs along with lounge area that has a twin day bed. Outside there is a deck with a seating area and grill. The detached guest apartment has 2 king beds, a full kitchen, tv area, and a full bath. The guest apartment has an open floor plan and is spacious.

The house was perfect for our family trip. There were 8 of us so we used the separate guest house as well, which added an extra bedroom and 2 king sized beds. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The house is conveniently located to Newport as well as the beaches and surrounding towns. The host was very responsive to our questions and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property. Nice, new and comfortable, light and bright. Plenty of seating in common areas, cozy bedding and plush pillows. Really great location. Had some mixed information from host regarding nearby beach parking/availability. Communication in general was a bit spotty. Toaster didn’t work which was a setback for breakfasts but not the worst thing, would stay again and would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a weekend with family. The location was perfect and convenient to Newport and the University of Rhode Island. The house was very clean and newly renovated and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and the entire experience was a wonderful one! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great family getaway.
