Perfect river trip stay with kids! The home is well kept and there is attention to detail in every room that really made our stay welcoming. It is great for families and small groups. Room for boat parking plus extra cars. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again on our next Havasu trip!

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The check in process was so easy and everything was clean and well stocked. We felt the location was absolutley perfect, with great a great view. The communcication with the owners was fantastic and they couldn't have been more helpful with advice on where to go to eat to helpful things to do. We definatley stay again... we are already planning our next trip.

Great place to stay!!!

I would highly recommend this home. The house was stocked with everything that we needed, super clean and the hosts were exceptional and communication with us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and plenty of areas to get out and walk or go to the park that has pickle ball courts. We definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic place

Great place to stay , house was very well stocked and felt like we were at home..Would highly recommend this property and owner are great . They definitely take pride in there rental and want it to feel like your home too . I would stay here again and tell others about it.

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked and in a great location. Everything appeared to be clean and in working condition. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub was a huge hit and the pool would have been great if the weather would have been nicer. Definitely would stay here again.

I stay at this Oasis at least once a year (8 times since 2023) because from the moment you walk in you feel the vibe of this place. This was a girls trip and as always we enjoy every inch of the house. We rarely leave because it’s such a pleasure to stay here. The house is big enough for us to entertain ourselves. We have breakfast and dinner “alfresco style” while our tunes play throughout the house and on the patio. The scenery is beautiful enough to have a photo shoot too (which we did lol)I promise if you stay here it won’t disappoint. The owners are also super nice and respond quickly if there’s a problem.

Amazing stay

Would 100% recommend this house. It was super clean and had everything you would need. The communication with the owners was the best I’ve ever experienced. It was close to the river and the London bridge. Great neighborhood. We had an amazing stay!

I could not have asked for a more perfect property and hosts. My husband and I were visiting my family on the way to his family for his mom's funeral. The hosts were understanding of our situation, kind, and so helpful. The home is beautiful!!! I felt like I was in a resort. We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed food, and friends. The pool room was perfect for my parents to visit and have privacy when us adult children were to much for them. Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay that if we are back in the area we will see if it is available!! Five stars all the way around. Everything was well organized and well explained. This place was amazing close to everything. The house was very clean and the pool was awesome. My grandkids loved this house. And the guest house was awesome. Having that attached to hear made it so much easier especially when you have your parents with you.

The Avalon Oasis is truly an oasis. The Casita was a great separate place for a member that needed to do some remote work. the main house was well organized and complete with everything we needed. including plenty of space for sleeping. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Relaxing Getaway with No Worries

We walked into a beautiful home that was very clean. Everything was wonderful from the great location, to the relaxing pool and spa just outside the door! Pickle ball courts close by, driving distance to London bridge and so much more.

Havasu family weekend

Spent the weekend with family enjoying the lake and pool. The house is well laid out for families, stocked with everything you might need and very clean. The neighborhood is nice and the house is close to grocery stores and not far from the lake. We had a great time and will be going back!
