Experience the Upper Peninsula in extreme luxury. Stunning views of the water and located trail side! This home is perfect for a group that wants to stay right in the Houghton/Hancock area. The town home is located in the Bayside Townhomes and is perfect for a quiet group that is looking for direct access to the snowmobile trails and waterfront property. Located only 3 miles from downtown Hancock and 5 miles from Walmart and other local grocery stores. There is even a boat launch on site! Please ask us before booking about bringing along pets, we ONLY accept small, non-shedding dogs in order to keep it clean for future guests.

Family Vacation

July 2025- Great location with all the amenities of home. Host was great in quickly responding to questions. We traveled all over the area to come home to relax in the evening on the quiet back porch looking at the river.

Winter Carnival fun!

The house was just what we needed for our visit to MTU. It was clean and roomy…While there we got a bit of snow overnight, the roads were plowed the next morning. We had lots of fun on our long weekend. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

We stayed here to visit our MTU student and the location was fantastic. We loved the fall colors all around us! The property is spacious, clean and has everything we needed. We definitely want to stay here again.

Hancock Ski Condo

Great location for a ski trip to the Keewanaw. Location was close to everything for skiing and places Houghton/Hancock area. Accommodations were very clean and had all of the equipment for cooking and relaxing with my family.

Happy in the UP

Loved the location, close to town, shopping and being on the Portage Canal was amazing, watching all the water activities. Accommodations had everything you need. We have booked next year as well.

Beautiful lakefront home!

This is a beautiful home! The lake view is stunning. Great for our adult family of 6 with plenty of extra room. Perfect location between Hancock and Dollar Bay. Kim was an excellent host and her response time to all communications was super fast.

MTU Family Retreat

The place is amazing. Very clean and spacious. Location to Houghton and the Keewenaw is perfect. We had five adults so the three bedrooms were perfect. Open kitchen/dining/living room space is perfect for being together. The outdoor patio and lawn on the water is wonderful. Loved the hot tub. This was our second time staying there and we hope to return again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Really excellent house!

We recently visited Houghton for a college visit with out son. This house was perfectly located, with a beautiful view of the river, great patio space and nicely set up. The house was extremely clean, the check in process was thoughtful and well managed and the host communicated everything really well. Everything was within a quick drive and it was nice to have the extra space to stretch out during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this if you’re visiting the area.

Better than expected!

We were all very impressed by this property! The pictures honestly don’t do the property, especially the outdoors, justice. It was spectacular! Large back patio with nice furniture, a grill, and hot tub. The yard is large and well maintained. And the views are stunning! We will definitely check here first if we return to the area!

Great location near Houghton and Michigan Tech!

We really enjoyed staying in this house for 3 nights while attending my son's graduation from Michigan Tech. It was a quick drive to campus, Houghton and Hancock. The house was well-appointed and very clean. Plenty of sleeping space and a beautiful view of the Portage. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Definitely would recommend!
