"Steps to the Sea" - 17th Floor Beachfront Condo with Pool & Full Beach Service

*BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED* "Steps to the Sea" is a beachfront condo with a private pool and unobstructed views of the ocean on the 17th floor. We provide beach service (beach chairs and an umbrella) so you can have a spot waiting for you on the beach! We are located in the Sterling Reef building. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a pull-out couch. In the unit, we provide additional folding beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, 3 Smart TVs, and a gorgeous patio balcony with lounge chairs and incredible views. The condo also has a gym, grill area, and parking. We are right across the street from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and the County Pier!

Sterling Reef Beach Resort is a luxury beachfront condominium located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Our condo, "Steps to the Sea," is located on the 17th floor, so the views are incredible! It is common to spot dolphins, stingrays, and sharks from the balcony. Sterling Reef is adjacent to undeveloped land which keeps our beach clean, quiet, and relaxing throughout the year. The views from this condominium are unbelievable, no matter the time of day or weather!

From the Master Bedroom and Living Room, step out to the extra large beachfront balcony to see and hear the surf, and view the sugar-white beaches and endless ocean!

The living room is equipped with a Sleeper Sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV with Direct TV and Netflix for your enjoyment.

There are two full bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a 32-inch Smart TV and DVD player. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a 27-inch Smart TV and DVD player. The master bathroom has a garden tub/shower and the second bathroom has a combination tub/shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit too.

The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. There is a dining table for 4 and 2 bar stools at the counter.

On the property, you will find a heated bi-level pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a grill area, and a parking garage. Step onto the beach directly from our property through our private beach access gate!

There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and Zoo World, there are endless opportunities for fun. There is also mini golf, boating, fishing, water sports galore, shopping malls, restaurants, and seafood festivals. It's also a great place to just do nothing at all and simply relax. Panama City boasts 'The Beach Lover's Beach'.

We are a Midwestern family and absolutely love the Emerald Coast! When we aren't able to be there ourselves, we are excited to share our beautiful condo with you! Perfect Location

Sterling Reef has a beautiful view of the Gulf. It's only a couple of blocks away from Lyndell Center which is incredible. The owner was great to work with over the time we stayed.

The owner was very responsive. We had such a good time that we extended 2 nights! The location is ideal, we saw dolphins, manatees and even a shark from the balcony!

GREAT family vacation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The weather was fantastic everyday and the view from this 17th floor condo was phenomenal! The condo was very nice and clean. The host’s communication was second to none! We had a small issue with the thermostat while we were there and he responded very quickly and immediately got it fixed. We will most definitely book with Joe, the host, again in the future!

Comfortable and relaxing vacation

My teenage granddaughter and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The ocean view from the living room and bedroom are breathtaking. The owner called me on our first day to insure we were comfortable and there were no issues. The only issue was the elevator wait. However, you get that almost anywhere you stay. I would definitely vacation there again. ~Angie Russell

My stay at the condo was good. The only complaint that i havr is that the elevator stop working and me and my family had to walk up 17 floors of steps. That part was a disaster. Please whenever you guys book, just make sure the elevator is working properly. The condo was perfect and the beach is always a plus.

Ok stay

Property owner not friendly or quick to respond. Listing said starter soaps but none in either bathroom. No sheets for sofa bed. Waited until after 6 the day after checking for someone to bring some & they left 2 bars of cheap soap hanging on the door. Horrible parking. No activities or even a place to get a cold drink besides vending. No lobby with welcoming staff. Only Garage attendant that offered no help or suggestions. Loud neighbors. Beach service guys were jerks. Tried several times to reserve chairs & kept being told to come back later Never staying there again.

LOVED our stay at this amazing condo!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe’s beautiful condo! It was amazing! I absolutely loved the decor, the view, the comfort, and the cleanliness. The beach chairs/umbrella provided for the week was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! We plan on returning next summer for vacation! Joe is great to work with.

Everything you could ask for with a beautiful view!

The property is very nice. One of the nicer parking garages I have been in at PCB, not narrow or weird. The condo is nicely decorated and maintained. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Being on the 17th floor was great. The view from the balcony was excellent. Great views of the gulf, pier and beach. Even out the front door walkway a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Stayed for three months on a travel nurse contract. It was amazing! The views are to die for! The owner is the best. So easy to communicate with and just a great person over all! Will stay here again for anytime I want to stay on the beach!

Excellent stay! Comfy memory foam toppers, best sleep away from home. Very clean, beautiful decor throughout. Kitchen well stocked to cook. Beautiful 17th floor ocean view. Elevator wait time was reasonable this time of year. Owner was very courteous to reply to emails and sent detailed information to access the condominium. Loved that beach chair service was provided!I recommend staying here!

The condo was very nice, just like it looked in the pictures.

The process to rent the property was easy thru VRBO. The owner, Joe, was great with communication before the arrival date, especially with tropical storm Fred coming in during our stay.

The air conditioning part was kinda annoying and the most annoying was the elevator it took 30 minute to get to our room not to mention the 6-7 times we had to climb 17 flights of stairs because the elevator wS broken , also the shortage of hot water… otherwise the condition of condo was verbb ugh nice!!

Good place to stay for vacation.

The condo we rented was exactly what was listed. The owner was very responsive and helped us anytime we had questions. The view was amazing from the 17th floor. Only thing that wasnt great was the elevators they stayed busy and then sometimes 1 or both were down. So it made the wait time longer. Thats not the condo owners fault though. Joe was amazing we've enjoyed our stay this week the kids didnt wanna leave.
