Sea La Vie is a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom pet-friendly home situated on the quiet North end of Carolina Beach. This charming single-family home is just a five-minute walk from the beach and within easy access to Freeman Park, making it perfect for beach lovers. Guests can unwind on the spacious deck or enjoy a family meal at the outdoor picnic table after a day in the sun. With parking for three vehicles, Sea La Vie offers ample space for guests and their pets to comfortably relax and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

This beachside retreat includes various outdoor amenities to enhance the vacation experience. A hammock and outdoor shower provide extra comfort, while a gas grill and picnic table make it easy to dine al fresco. Guests can also enjoy a game of cornhole in the yard. The deck is a welcoming space with a cozy porch swing, four rocking chairs, and a ceiling fan, setting the scene for a laid-back evening with friends or family.

Inside, the home is fully equipped for a convenient stay. Great place close to the beach and boardwalk

Staid here with my family for my daughters birthday, it was clean and a close walk to the beach but it was also quiet cause your a little ways back from the main drive

Nice rental

House is nice and comfortable. Walk to the beach. Carolina Beach is a a good area to stay with stores, and restaurants galore. I loved sitting on the porch. My husband loved the giant TV.

Family Fun!

What a great location! We love driving out on the North End and it was right around the corner. Check out the pier for a beautiful view and a cold cocktail as well! The house was beautiful and had a great view of the sunrise! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation!

Granddaughter’s first trip to beach

Very nice rental , size is small but very nicely laid out, few things I would change or add such as maybe small table/ tables in the deck up top, a larger microwave and updated gas grill. These are minor things that may not matter to a lot of people. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return

Great location with views of the birds

We enjoyed our stay here. There is a great deck that has beautiful views of the marsh and birds. The home has a well equipped kitchen and a bbq grill that was convenient. There are huge tvs everywhere, and all of the sheets and towels you need. It is a bright, airy home and the appliances are all newer and work well. The listing said it had 1 1/2 baths, but there is only one full bathroom. The neighborhood is great to take your dog for a walk. Also, the neighbors seemed friendly and quiet.

Beach Week

Communication with property management was good. They addressed our issues quickly. When we checked in the refrigerator was not cooling and ended up not cooling the entire week. They brought out another one that we left outside under the house and used. The master bedroom with the king is tight with only a closet for your clothes. There was only 1 pot and 1 pan in the kitchen for cooking. We could not get the cable to work in the living room (property manager offered to call Spectrum to come out) but we made do without it. My husband enjoyed the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath downstairs.
