We are terribly sorry to hear about the problems you encountered during this stay and have shared your feedback with our upper management team. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and your family. We understand that there was some miscommunication on the details of the rental and have made the changes so this does not happen again. We have also used this as a coaching opportunity with the agents involved to provide better customer service for these types of issues going forward.
