The Space This newly built luxury home offers heated garage parking for two vehicles, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. This home can sleep 10 comfortably. Built adjacent to national forest and overlooking the valley below, with amazing mountain views from every window and private trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just a step away. The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private deck to take in fresh air and keep your eye out for bears, fox, and moose roaming the valley below. A true Rocky Mountain Experience!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Perfect!

The house, location, and amenities were just perfect! We appreciated prompt communication from the property manager and have no complaints about our stay. Every detail was thought out from the well equipped kitchen to Q-tips in the restrooms. Five stars!

What a house!

Beautiful house and convenient location. We had a great stay with a full set of kiddos (9-15); everything was clean, fully stocked and we all created some great memories. Kids were fully entertained inside and outside (sledding)…. Definitely recommend

Great modern house with wonderful amenities

We stayed with a group of friends and loved the modern vibe of the house. It was clean and spacious. We skied Keystone, which was an easy 15-minute drive. We especially loved the hot tubs at the Lakehouse where we were able to order in pizza and watch the NCAA basketball tournament on the big screen TVs. Beautiful views.

The property is amazing! True to the listing. Management company responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. We had 11 adults - plenty of space for everyone. Lovely views and layout. Beds were incredible comfortable.
