Stockers APART - Book your apartment for a relaxing holiday in the Ötztal

Construction of our house in June 2014 and the completion is done in the fall 2015th

Remarkable equipment promises to a great holiday from the first day.

Our 70m² large, fully furnished apartment for 2-6 persons composed of:
2 separate bedrooms
modern bathroom
Anteroom
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, pull-out sofa
WIFI
Satellite TV
Bed linen, towels, tea towels included.
Families with small children we are happy cot and highchair available.
Free parking at the house.

On request they can be ordered in a daily dose of fresh bread from our bakery.

Non smoking.

We look forward to be allowed very welcome in our house.

Gateway location to the extraordinary Stubenfall waterfall hikes, forest, river walks, & more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again to the lovely property. Very clean, quiet, large basement apartment offering all necessary appliances. Walking distance to bakery, hamburger bar, ice cream, and of course, amazing and iconic waterfall, forest, rivers and more. Easy check in and out. Host is superb.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral im Tal, so dass man schnell in die Skigebiete kommt und trotzdem ist es ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Wohnung und den Semmelservice können wir nur empfehlen.

Perfect ski trip accommodation

The apartment more than met our expectations. It was roomy, superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There was even covered parking! If there was one issue it would be the weak Wi-Fi , but this did not adversely affect our stay!

Wunderschöne Zeit in Umhausen

Familie Stocker heißt seine Gäste herzlich willkommen in der modern aber gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen. Wir waren dort mit unserer kleinen Tochter, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbstverständlich wurde ein Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett bereitgestellt. Auch ein Schemel für Bad, damit die Kleine selber Zähne putzen konnte. Angenehm ist auch, dass die Wohnung größer geschnitten ist. Die Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Unterstand untergebracht werden. Das Auto steht unter einer Überdachung, praktisch, wenn es regnet. Bei Sonnenschein lädt der separate kleine Garten zum Verweilen und sonnen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es fußläufig zwei schöne Spielplätze. Der Wasserfall, das Ötzidorf, Greifvogelshow sind ebenfalls im Ort erreichbar. Somit kommen wir gerne wieder

Xletix Hindernislauf in Tirol

Mein Sohn und ich waren für eine knappe Woche in Umhausen. Frau Stocker ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Küchenuntensilien, Handtüchern und Bettzeug. Sie ist sauber, modern, frisch und einfach perfekt. Es ist alles auch fußläufig zu erreichen, sei es die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelladen oder eben Gaststätten. Die Beschreibung im Netz entpricht den Gegebenheiten, genauso schön ist es auch in der Realität. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, spätestens zum Xletix 2020.

Geräumig, Gemüdlich, Gerne wieder

Sind bei der Ankunft von Frau Stocker sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Nach einer kurzen Führung haben wir es uns gemütlich gemacht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Alle notwendigen Utensilien (Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Pfannenwender & Geschirr) waren vorhanden, leicht zu finden, in ausreichender Anzahl und in einem top Zustand. Für jegliche Fragen war Frau Stocker ansprechbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und touristische Ziele waren leicht zu erreichen. Vom Verkehrslärm war nichts zu hören. Mit wenigen Worten: Sehr empfehlenswert.

1 tolle Woche im Stockers Apart

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Stocker verlebt. Die Räume sind groß und für uns drei Erwachsene ausreichend. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ließ an nichts fehlen.

Einwandfreie Unterkunft für einen gelungenen Urlaub im Ötztal

Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Neubauwohnung (Fertigstellung im Winter 2015). Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die äußerst sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, sowie der Brötchenservice, der den morgendlichen Gang zum Bäcker erspart. Durch die Lage in Umhausen kann man schnell per Bus oder Auto nach Sölden gelangen oder zum Beispiel zum Aqua Dome in Längenfeld.
