Ski trip

House was in good location for the ski field-short walk up to the mountain. However the bottom room was constantly freezing cold and the noise from the road every night kept waking everyone (cars and people yelling etc).

Great location for PC

The property is located about 1 block from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Easy walk even in ski boots. Check was super easy and the team was awesome about communication. There are a lot of stairs in this 3 story property, but the rooms are all well appointed and the king bed on the top floor is SUPER comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was a welcome amenity every night. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise is the lack of a dining room table. There’s still room for 4 at the bar height countertop in the kitchen. Overall this is a great place and a strong value for the money. Would stay here again.

Perfect Cozy Stay

From booking all the way through our stay Linda and the property management team were so accommodating and hospitable! The home is exactly as described and we were able to comfortably enjoy all the amenities at the property and in Park City. The location is great for a short walk to town, or hopping on the bus that picks up right outside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect (and equipped) for cooking multiple big meals. It was just the place to stay for a memorable girls weekend in the mountains!

Family Ski/Snowboard Trip

Great location especially with everyone on different schedules. Easy to walk to lifts and to town. No vehicle need for the entire stay.

Location, location, location

This was a nice, cozy and comfortable rental. The location can’t be beat, short walk to Park City Mountain and ski school. The bus into downtown Park City is right outside the front door. The hot tub was nice, I am a sucker for rentals with their own private hot tub. The Wi-Fi was fast. We didn’t not have issues finding parking for our 1 car. The mattresses were not the most comfortable and the bedding was a bit too warm, but they were clean. The outside noise can be loud at night because it’s off of a main road and there are drunk people talking loudly walking home from the bars and vehicles driving by, that is beyond the owners control because it’s in a great location. It’s easily remedied by a white noise maker on a phone. Speaking of phones, there are plenty of USB plugs everywhere to keep you devices charged. This is a three story home (so a lot of steps), a mud room/ laundry on the main floor with a bedroom (the bunk beds) and bathroom. Upstairs there is the kitchen, a bathroom with an old iron claw tub (I imagine for nice soaks), living room and hot tub off the deck. The third floor has two bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a bathroom.
