The cottage and guest house were perfect for my group of 12. Lots of space and the teens loved playing the video games. Easy access to the beach.It was great having the ability to use 2 kitchens. I would definitely book here again.

The guest house was a wonderful way to accommodate multiple families on one property. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. We enjoyed all the amenities of this property and the beautiful oak trees added to the charm.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This property is simply gorgeous! It is in close proximity to all that we planned to do; beaches, restaurants, shops and downtown area. It has fantastic walkability to all of these amenities. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property as the perfect getaway for your family.

Great Stay!

This house is set up so well between the main house and guest house. Between the two house you will have everything you need for a great stay! The kitchens have plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The guest house is great with the arcade games and cool place to relax. Also the beach is just a 5 minute walk!

Great Family Getaway

This property was great for our whole family to get away for a nice break. The two houses were fantastic to allow everyone space and the property was well stocked with a full kitchen. Right down the street from the beach made it good for everyone to do their own thing since the weather was blistering hot while we were there. Host was also excellent.

Perfect Spot

Loved this property! The house is beautiful and had met all our needs! Had a wonderful back yard with outdoor furniture, tree swing and a view of the Gulf. Ideal location for being accessible to all the Gulfport and surrounding area has to offer. Would highly recommend this property for a large group. I hope to revisit and rent this property again.

My niece was getting married in Gulfport and lots of family was coming into town. This place is the perfect place to accommodate several people. We had a gathering one night and it was so comfortable and easy to do with all the space! We have already booked it again for the holidays!

This property is VERY spacious and in a GREAT location. Just minutes to the Aquarium and plenty of restaurants and shopping, but you'd never know it from the quiet neighborhood.Having two separate houses with plenty of space to entertain and prepare meals was a plus, but the real gem is the front porch - sitting on the swing under the giant oaks on a quiet street being able to see the waterfront was exactly what we hoped for. We spent more time on the porch than anywhere else!Host was very attentive and quick to respond. We had a couple of glitches that were taken care of in record time, so we never missed a beat.It's always a gamble staying in the middle of a neighborhood, but this one was SO peaceful - always quiet, and the folks who passed by on the street were incredibly friendly and welcoming.This trip to the coast was very important for our family and we needed things to go well. This property helped make our trip perfect, and we were able to relax, laugh, and make some memories. I highly recommend a stay here.
