Kitchen amenities include a Kuerig coffee maker as well as a Krups traditional coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, waffle maker, bread machine, blender, toaster & toaster oven, dishwasher and microwave. The cabinets are fully stocked with beautiful blue wine glasses, multiple styles and sizes of beverage glassware, plates and bowls, cooking and baking utensils galore, pots & pans of all sizes, mixing bowls, and a plethora of oven bakeware as well as plenty of silverware and cooking tools. In addition, a selection of spices are stocked for your cooking and baking needs. Plastic plates and cups are also on hand for outside use or for children. The kitchen seats approximately 11 guests. (8 at the farmhouse table and 3 at the counter.)
A full size washer & dryer are available to you & we've provided all bed linens and towels for your convenience as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Do you like to grill? We offer a spacious back patio with seating for up to 16 and an 8-burner grill with propane along with all the necessary utensils to accommodate your outdoor grilling desires.
If you’re here for the beach, this home is just a few (walking) minutes away - located one street north of the crosswalk/light for ease of crossing A1A, and we've stocked the rolling beach cart with a cooler, an umbrella, noodles, boogie boards, pails & shovels in addition to beach towels for a fun and worry-free day at the ocean. We also have an ice maker and provide 80lbs of ice in the freezer for guests’ use.
If you happen to want some relaxation at home, we've got that covered too. Flatscreen smart TVs including Roku in each bedroom as well as a 65" in the living room with an extra large 13'x10' comfy couch, WiFi throughout the house, and a great collection of nostalgic & interesting books and boardgames will surely keep you entertained! If you're musically inclined, or just want to try your skill, there's also an acoustic guitar and bongos if you're feeling tuneful!
Furthermore, for those who enjoy the outdoors, there's a large fire pit in the northeast corner of the yard that will have you mesmerized at night and large pergola with dimmable lighting & hammocks for your lounging pleasure.
Here for a launch? No need to fight traffic & find a parking space - you can see them all right from the backyard! We've even taken the time to label the fence as to where to direct your gaze when the time comes!

We are fully licensed with Brevard County and the state of Florida to operate as a vacation rental.
We require profile of guests/renters to be verified via government ID through Air BnB prior to booking.
Cleaning Fee: Based on a week-long reservation or less. We will contact our guests with longer stays as midway cleaning services/fees will be applied.
HOUSE RULES:
Check in: After 4PM.
Check out: 11:00AM.
We will greet you/(self) check in with lockbox.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
NO SMOKING of any kind inside the premises (this includes Vapes).
NO BURNING CANDLES - this includes tea lights.
NO ANIMALS allowed without prior written approval of Espacio Azul.
NO eating in the bedrooms.
No parties or events (unless written approval by Espacio Azul is obtained).
No parking on the lawn - there is ample parking in the driveway and street side parking is legal.
The number of people at the property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy (6 people).
Due to local laws or HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book; no exceptions.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
Charcoal grills are prohibited on the property.
Please treat the property as you would your own; leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
To prevent theft of or damages to furnishings or your personal property, please close and lock the doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check out.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property during renter's occupancy.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in forfeiture of your rights to rent the property up to and including immediate removal from the property without a refund a well as a minimum $500 fine.
