You will NOT be disappointed here! They provided everything you need for beach, cooking and relaxing. Beach equipment was perfect. We grilled with the outdoor grill and had a small backyard fire which was lovely. Walked to the beach, drove to Kennedy Space Center in minutes and had tons of close dining options. Hosts were very attentive and accommodating. And the house was adorable. Safe location too. Would stay here again.

We had a great long weekend at Espacio Azul! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The home was stocked with everything we needed -- full kitchen, including pots & pans, baking supplies, plenty of dishes, popcorn maker, slow cooker, huge grill and tools, and more accessories than I have in my own kitchen. Likewise, they had plenty of beach supplies -chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, coolers, carts, boogie boards, and more. The three bedrooms were spacious, the couch was huge and comfortable, and there were lots of games for the kids. We watched a rocket launch from the backyard. We'd return!

We had an amazing time at Harry and Lyn’s spot. The most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed at a rental property! Beautiful backyard, all the essentials for the beach and great location made for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

The house was amazing had absolutely everything and more we could have needed. The hosts were amazing answered all our questions and gave great recommendations on food and activities. This rental home is absolutely perfect…it’s beautifully decorated, super clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, tons of beach gear from ocean toys to beach chairs and coolers of every size, and the yard is a peaceful oasis that we all enjoyed coming back to enjoy each evening. It’s within walking distance to the beach and several shops. I highly recommend staying here; we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay! Everything from the communication with the hosts and having the pleasure of meeting them to their beautifully decorated home was better than any other stay we have had. Wonderful home with accommodations galore!

We loved our stay in this house! It had everything we needed and more. Lyn and Harry were wonderful hosts and even welcomed us in person on our first night. It was equipped with a pack n play and high chair, which was great having a baby. Plus it had all the beach items you could imagine that you would want/need. The home itself is very comfortable and cozy. We hope to stay again!

First time to Cocoa Beach

My wife and I stayed here while our daughters were in Orlando with their high school band. The house was better than advertised, and made for a great beach base camp. We made a day trip into Orlando, but spent most of our time at Cocoa Beach. The hosts met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the home and some local restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Fantastic House in Cocoa Beach!

This property was immaculate, well appointed, and equipped with more stuff to do than we had time for. The rooms were all extremely nice, and the owners definitely took care in ensuring everything you could possibly need was there. This house is better than the pictures! The neighborhood is not as nice as this house, but it’s minutes from the beach and anything else you may want to get to. The backyard is a lovely oasis and the hosts were incredibly helpful the whole time. You will not need anything…the way they have stocked this house is incredible.

Home away from Home!

Our stay was so great and relaxing! The property is spotlessly clean, the decor is modern and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the home has everything you will need for your stay. Dishes, spices, towels, beach accessories, ice machine, games. It makes the transition so seamless that it feels like your staying at your home away from home! Plus it’s so close to the beach, we walked everyday and it was great. Harry and Lyn were very attentive and communication was great! We loved it and will be back, looking forward to our next stay!!

Amazing place and hosts

This was the perfect place while visiting family! It had a huge grill with everything you could possibly imagine for spices, accessories etc.. The "beach room" was beyond imagination! The photos don't do it justice. They even had 3 coolers and 80lbs of ice to use in the fridge! The owners were wonderful and responsive. They even provided extra extension cords so we could charge our EV. Our one year old grandson came for visits and we used the pack and play for containment. ; ) And we loved all the "blue" in everything and all the "designer" touches. It felt like a home, not a rental. A great trip and super hosts! Thank you!

Highly Recommend

We really loved our stay here. Harry & Lyn were really nice and offered a lot of suggestions of their favorite local places to check out. We did not have any issues at all while we were there and the house was beautiful. My family of 5 found it to be very comfortable. The kids liked hanging out in the backyard and the walk to the beach was very convenient and manageable. The one thing that I did not care for (which is out of the hosts’ control, but I think it worth mentioning) is that we had to keep the front curtains drawn the entire time because there was a construction crew working on the house directly across the street, and aside from privacy issues. It was a real eye sore. We could not be on the front porch at all. Once that is completed, this property will of course be a 5/5 because we loved it!

Family vacation

Myself along with my husband, 2 year old son, and mother in law we're taking our first vacation since my son was born and we were excited but nervous. We chose this house because first of all it is gorgeous! Also, the outdoor space looked a dream and we knew we'd be spending a lot of time outside and wanted a safe place for my son to run and play. Well, a HURRICANE decided to come through the area, moving out the day we were supposed to fly in! The hosts were so gracious and let us push back our dates a few days so that we'd miss the hurricane. It was so quick and easy! They met us when we got there and showed us around and were able to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided tons of information on places to go and activities in the area and responded promptly to any questions we had. The distance to the beach was easily walkable and they have any and all beach accessories you could possibly need. It was such a relaxing and stress free trip and I hope to return in the future!
