Come enjoy this newly completed - 2500+ sq. ft. - 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Right off exit 78B of I-99, it's a short drive to Beaver Stadium. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with a park & basketball half court nearby!
First floor includes a powder room, a bright living room with a large sectional L-shaped couch & flat screen TV, open kitchen/dining area with a 9ft island that seats 6-8. Morning room off the kitchen is the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee!
All bedrooms on 2nd floor. Large master suite has vaulted ceiling, queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms have twin daybeds that convert to king sized beds. 1 bedroom has full size bed. Full bathroom also located on second floor along with a large loft area with sectional sofa and tv.
This property is non-smoking. Linens, Towels & basic toiletries included. Dunkin Donuts is - 2mins away! Many local restaurants will deliver.
This is a smoke free, dog friendly home.
