The view from the 7th floor wrap around balcony is perfect for seeing pelicans, dolphins and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is located in the Windemere Condominiums in Pensacola, Florida on beautiful Perdido Key just east of Orange Beach, Alabama. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or a fun vacation for your family, our vacation rental will more than satisfy your needs.

The Condominium is well decorated in a neutral colors with ceramic floor in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. In addition to the large balcony, this unit has a great spacious floor plan. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, TV and a large tub with a separate shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and a separate door to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for 4 children with 2 full size beds and its own TV. There is a TV in the Living Room and several board games, including Scrabble and Monopoly.

The building has all the amenities you would expect. The Complex boasts a nice sized elevated outdoor pool with a deck that overlooks the beach, a hot tub and exercise room with a flat screen TV. If you like to grill out, there is a picnic area with barbeque pits on the beach level. The Windemere has its own private low density beach with optional beach chair service.

Perdido Keys’ beaches have been ranked among the top five beaches by Conde Nast Traveler; rated the No. 1 swimming beach in America by GORP (Great Outdoor Recreation Pages); and, has appeared on the Travel Channel. If you like a private fine sugar sand beach, tropical breezes, emerald green water, breathtaking sunsets and a laid back paradise without the inconveniences of crowds then this is it.

Nearby activities and attractions include some of northern Florida and southern Alabama’s finest golf courses, with the Arnold Palmer championship Lost Key course in view outside your front door. Due to the high demand of our condo , we require a $300 deposit prior to receiving access. The deposit will be refunded within a week of your departure depending on the method of payment and given all terms are met.
