We had a lovely stay here. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooms were peaceful - we could only occasionally hear the neighbors and it was faint. The Franprix downstairs was convenient and although this particular block is not busy, there are many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. We used the washer/dryer several times and it worked well.We found that buses were the most economical way to get to points of interest in the city center from this location but also took the metro and an uber (about 60 euros to the eiffel tower). It was also very easy to get to Disney for a day trip via the RER and to Gare de Lyon.Our two biggest issues were the lift and at check-in. The steps to get the key were not fully described. I had reached out to the host the day before check-in with a question about the key but hadn't heard back by the time we arrived, so I ended up calling them and was given the directions to collect the key while the rest of our group waited. We did not get full check-out instructions in a timely way (we were instructed to leave the key in a lockbox but no code).The apartment is on the 1st but the lift would not stop on that floor. Two of us need canes and ended up taking the lift to 2 and walking down (less painful than up).The host checked in with us during the stay. We ended up supplying some small things like paper towels.There's a dining table that seats 6.Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would consider re-booking it!
