Spend the day exploring the Blue Ridge mountains by foot, bike or car. Drive into Downtown Asheville and experience some of Americas best Breweries. Take a tour of the Biltmore. All of these less than 20 minutes away.
Try a new restaurant and come home to an outdoor fire with s'mores and your loved ones.

This is a beautiful brand new home two blocks from downtown Black Mountain! We would love to welcome you as one of our first guests! We are committed to delivering a 5 star stay to each of our guests. Since this property is new we are open to any feedback you can provide after your stay so we know how we can make it better. Since this property is brand new we don't have any reviews so we would appreciate you providing a review after your stay.

We want to provide you with an experience to remember! You will never get bored with a TV in every room and the living room as well as a fire pit and corn hole in the yard.

House Layout:

1st Floor:
Living Room with plenty of seating around the fireplace for all to enjoy!
Kitchen that comes fully stocked with two coffee makers and everything you need to enjoy a meal.
Front porch where you can enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee.
Master Bedroom, Private bathroom, king bed, and a walk out deck
Half Bath

2nd Floor:
Spacious bedroom with King bed
Bedroom, four twin beds (trundle beds pull out from under twin beds)
Full bathroom with shower/bathtub


In the large master bedroom setup there is a comfortable desk and office chair for those who need a space to work. We also provide the fastest WiFi in the area to ensure you can steam meetings or videos.

We have a keyless entry for your convenience while staying in this cottage. Upon booking you will receive a key code that will be activated at time of checkin and enables you to lock and unlock the door as needed throughout your stay. It will be deactivated at day of checkout.

We are a pet friendly location. Just let us know if you’re bringing any furry friends. We only charge a $100 fee. This is for the duration of your stay for each pet.

There's a grill onsite. It's best to bring your own charcoal. And smoking violation is $300.

This house was a perfect location in Black Mountain! The fire pit and hot tub were a nice plus for the chilly nights. Would definitely consider staying here again if I end up back in Asheville!

This house was conveniently located. We enjoyed our walks with the dog down to Lake Tomahawk. The house was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the foosball table and pac-man machine.

Cute, quiet area near Lake Tomahawk. Easy walk to downtown Black Mountain. House had all we needed. The s’mores fixings was a really nice touch. Great communication from Abbie. I would stay here again!

Family Time

We rented this houses and my son and family rented the house next door. We were in town for my grand daughter's wedding. The location was great. We had a big family dinner at our house that accommodated 10 adults and 10 grandchildren. We loved that the homes were practically new and clean. The open floor plan was perfect. We had a great time at this property! We had 3 couples and 2 dogs stay for NYE weekend. The fenced in yard with the hot tub was great. The inside was new and everything was cleaned and well maintained. It is a little bare on supplies, read the rules and description carefully so you know what you need to bring.

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! From accuracy of information to responsiveness and professionalism and helpfulness! The property was as advertised, new and pristine.
