The Space:

Welcome to this newly furnished family getaway, tucked into the quiet Tudor Croft community! With easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the charming Black Mountain downtown, Lake Tomahawk, golf courses, tennis courts, hiking, mountain biking, and downtown Asheville, just 16 miles away, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to fun vacation activities. At home, you’ll love the private, enclosed back yard that backs up to the woods. Enjoy the serene setting with a cup of coffee each morning on your screened-in porch, and head downstairs to the patio for an outdoor retreat. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, gleaming wood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace on the first level. Upstairs is an additional living area with a sectional sofa and 65-inch TV. Bright, stylish decor and wallpaper add whimsy and personality throughout the home. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. Take a seat under the modern chandelier in the dining room at mealtime or eat at the table on the screened-in porch, then head out to explore. After a fun day out, grab a spot on one of the plush sectionals to stream the latest release, or play a board game for more family fun. If you’ve brought any remote work, the high-speed WiFi, desk with a wireless HP printer, and two monitors in the private office make it easy. End the night in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, dreaming of the next perfect Blue Ridge day tomorrow.

    We chose this house because we were dropping our kids off at Camp Ridgecrest. The location was close to camp and downtown Black Mountain where anything was within a few minute drive. Lake Tomahawk being close by was a nice perk for morning walks. The house was excellent in every way.

    The home was impeccably clean and provided many upscale amenities. We enjoyed that there was an upstairs and downstairs living room. Our children utilized the upstairs living room and enjoyed all of the provided games. The beds were comfy and the back porch was inviting. We can't wait to return. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and fell in love with the community of Black Mountain.

    Great house for girls weekend

    We had a lovely time staying at this property. The back screened in porch was so nice to eat/hang out. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything and beyond that you need to cook. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

    Comfortable home in a quaint mountain town

    This property was exactly as described. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five. Black Mountain is a great town to walk around, shop, eat and explore. Lake Tomahawk is fun for walking fishing, watching the motorized sailboats and letting the kids play on the jungle gyms.

    Great home for rental while we visited nearby trails and enjoyed black mountain. The rainy weather kept us in some days and I noticed it sent the bugs inside too. we had to flush about

    Spacious and calm in a central location

    The house is very nice, looks like brand new, great appliances and well stocked for cooking. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Location is about 20 min walk to Black Mountain downtown and 10 to the nearby park/lake. Tons of hiking trails within less than 1h drive!

    Great Weekend Stay

    This house was perfect for our two families for the weekend. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with basics (s&p, olive oil etc) they had a bunch of board games that the kids enjoyed playing with. This house was about a 15 min walk into town or a 3 minute drive. All in all we would stay here again and definitely recommend to friends.
