Jim is an amazing host and the house is wonderful. This is our 3rd year in a row coming down to Florida and staying in this same place. Family is already talking of coming down again next year and staying again, love the private pool and being able to swim whenever I want. The sunsets in the back yard are beautiful. The newly added outdoor tv was a nice added touch. Being able to sit outside watch a show and the sunset was so nice.

Excellent and pet friendly property. Super clean and cozy. The pool is amazing. Best host ever. This was a wonderful home, close to many activities. The home was well stocked and the pool was an added benefit. The owner went out of his way to assist us with check-in and questions. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Clermont/Disney area.

We loved it was a gated community. Mr. Jim made it so convenient for check-in. Instructions and special requests were available and he did mind to assist in any way. Communication was always accessible and oh so very friendly. This was one of the best vacations my family and I have had and Mr. Jim and his family's hospitality and generosity was a huge impact. We can't thank you enough and we look forward to another stay in the future.

Relaxing Stay

We loved the property! The owner was easy to communicate with and the house was just what we needed for a little getaway weekend. We enjoyed the pool and the gorgeous sunsets. Poolside meals on the patio were so nice, the fan helped to keep us nice and cool. Great stay!

What a great place to stay! There were 6 of us, all adults, plus our dogs. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Even though the weather was cool, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool a bit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Not to mention Jim was great … very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great property, close to everything but far enough away to be out of the busy. Perfect for relaxing nights after the parks and the heated pool was the cherry on top for my boys! House was super clean and the host is just amazing! Even walked into balloon for my son’s bday! Truly a great spot and will be back !

Great place to stay
