My family and I had a great time at this property. Neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to many shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and well stocked. The property grounds were well maintained and the pool area and hot tub were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

Home feeling. The fridge and freezer were kinda dirty loved the whole place would love to stay there again.

This property lived to up to and exceeded the description on VRBO. Truly stunning, yard and home but still very comfortable and relaxed. In my 25 years or so of renting vacation homes I have never had the pleasure of staying in a property/host who was always two steps ahead of our needs and truly thought of everything we might need. Welcoming home in a quiet culdesac with a gorgeous and well maintained lawn. Well thaught out layout in and outside the home for you and your family to relax and just enjoy your trip. Provided everything we needed in the home and the fact that every store and restaurant is within a 5min drive. We have been on many trips from cabins and homes in Dakotas, Smokey's, Kentucky lake, and all down the Gulf from Pensacola to clearwater. This was one of our top family trips when it came down to just relaxing. Thx again Micheal for everything and I would recommend anyone who plans on a trip to Clearwater to stay at your property.

The property was amazingly well taken care of. Beautiful home. There was everything that we needed to swim, hangout in the hot tub, and grill. Had the home for a week with a toddler and a two eight year olds. That all had something to do the whole time. There were even supplies to make a trip to the beach. Awesome experience.

This home was spectacular in all aspects of comfort, convenience and enjoyment. I was especially impressed with the landscaping and outdoor entertainment areas. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The indoor facilities were immaculate and every appliance was spotless and easy to use. Every item imaginable was available for our use.The children loved the pool and all the accessible floats were used and our service animal enjoyed playing life guard for all of us! This was our second stay at this beautiful private property with plenty of room inside and out for our 4 generation family reunion. Grandkids had a great time in the pool while the adults relaxed on the large patio. Host is very responsive. We’ll be back!
