This location is spectacular! The house had everything we needed. Well stocked with towels and linens. The host left a lot of condiments and supplies from previous stays that were very helpful.

The place was as described. The rooms are very nice with plenty of room & views of the ocean. A short trail to the beach & little steep brush could be cut back more Hot tub was ok had a lot of sand in it. Kitchen was a bit small but we made it work. The windows & sliding doors had mold would not recommend if you have allergies. It was amazing watching the waves & sunsets!Michael is a great host & always ready to help with any issues .I would say overall the price was very good for what we got .

Could have used a thorough cleaning inside and out. Beachfront was wonderful, hearing the ocean. Saw a whale spout from the deck which was real cool!

Property well maintained by owner. We had some challenges with the thermostat - inconsistent temps in different parts of the house - but that may have been operator error. Good access to the beach. Owner was kind enough to let us in the house an hour early on check in day.

The house and accommodations were complete in every way for four of us gals, each with our own bedroom. House totally amenable to a much bigger group. Beachfront property but direct access an issue for older folks or those with walking issues. Our group goes to the beach once a year and we all agreed we would like to return to this property! We met Michael and he was so nice and made sure we understood that he was available if we needed anything! Thank you!!

It was not as clean as I would of thought from the reviews. It needs some deep cleaning. Dust off light covers ceiling fan. Kitchen cupboards need some tlc as well. The hot tub should not be declared usable because it is not.It suited our needs as far as number of beds and baths but otherwise just averagee.

TV should have been in living room instead of bedroom. Railing on deck not very secure.

Fabulous home for a large family with plenty of space for all interests. Beach access and views that are worth every penny. Pool table was appreciated, multiple decks to enjoy the views. Clean, crisp linens and well stocked kitchen. Home is well loved, but owner is kind, responsive and willing to assist.

The house was mostly as pictured and described. It’s older but the direct beach access at that price is amazing. However, upon arrival we had to empty the dishwasher. We have rented many houses and never had to do this. There were also clothes in the wash machine. The ceiling fans desperately need to be cleaned as well. Some of the curtain rods could use a wipe down too.

Couldn't ask for a better stocked kitchen. The pool table and rec room space were great fun. The direct beach access although a bit overgrown, was so handy. This is a great house for a group.
