Perfect for families staying the week to pick up Marine after graduation!

Great base of operations for the family of 13 that we had down in Beaufort so that we could experience all the events at Parris Island while waiting for our Marine's official graduation day on Friday.

Beaufort SC graduation

Excellent location for Parris Island graduation. The only hiccup was the grill was not usable as mildew and rust had taken over. We enjoyed our stay and had an unforgettable 3days.

Graduation stay

We booked this house for our large family to attend graduation at MCRD PI and it was very comfortable and spacious. Clean and inviting. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. Would stay again. Thank you so much for making it a pleasurable experience.

Great House!

Our family was here for my daughters graduation from Parris Island. The location of this home is great for this event, only minutes from base. This home was perfect! Had lots of room for all of us. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Perfect for our large family

We visited for bootcamp graduation. The Bunkhouse was perfect for our large family. The kids enjoyed ping pong, corn hole and riding the provided bicycles. The adults loved the big kitchen and two master suites. This is our second stay at the Bunkhouse and we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again!

Great Stay

The stay was amazing. The only complaint we had was the living room ceiling fan would not turn off from the remote. The place was well stocked with supplies, it was spacious, and it was in a great location. We appreciate all you did to accommodate us.

Spacious & Comfortable for the Twelve of us

The Bunk House was very roomy for our family get together to celebrate our granddaughter’s high school graduation. The kitchen was adequate and we enjoyed the high top table that sat 8. The master bedroom is HUGE, as well as the en-suite bathroom. We would not hesitate to stay here again for future family events.

The house was great for our family of 10 who came down to our boy’s Graduation from Marine Bootcamp.

No problems renting it. Went online, found what I needed, placed the deposit and was kept informed over the next couple months. Everything worked out perfect

Great choice with thorough management. Host responded quickly to any Q's and was flexible when our itinerary changed and we needed more time. The kitchen and home was well stocked with cleaning supplies so it was easy to keep nicely. Plenty of linens and extras. No unreasonable requirements.

Family Reunion

Our family (all older) came from all over the country for a cousins reunion. While the directions were excellent, communication was prompt, the house was in poor shape. The couches were stained, the kitchen was poorly arranged, the air vents and ducts were in bad need of being cleaned/changed. Some lights didn’t work or weren’t on/off at will. The game room smelled of natural gas and the liar goes on. The management company said they would address all these issues with the Cleaning Service. I have no idea if they did but I hope so. It’s a lovely home and a beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect for large family

We visited for boot camp graduation. We had extended family with us. Total of 11. There was plenty of room for everyone. Kids were all able to bunk together with each on their own mattress. All could hang out or retreat to their own space. Fooseball and ping pong were great entertainment for all ages. Owner was flexible with our scheduling. Easy instructions to get in and out. Large driveway for all of our cars. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. So close to base and restaurants

Great place for big family to stay for Parris Island Graduation
