Excellent for large groups and families this beautiful 3-bedroom 2 bath condo can sleep 6 guests comfortably. We also offer a blow up mattress that can accomodate 2 more people. This property is 35 minutes from Orlando International airport and is just 7 miles from Disney, a half hour from Sea World and Universal Studios. It has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom it also has two full bathrooms. To complement these luxurious rooms, have family time in the vast living area. You can also enjoy preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave.
Resort amenities at Royal Plam include a pool, a hot tub and fitness center. You can enjoy the tennis court and also a large kids playground.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Communication

We stayed here the week of Christmas and it was a fantastic stay! There was plenty of room for my family to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The location was fantastic. It's just a little over a mile from 192 and just under 3 miles from 535- close to the action but far from the noise. We received check-in information with detailed instructions a little over a week out from the trip. My daughter is a theme park employee, and being able to spend Christmas morning with her (she worked that night) was priceless. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Management Apathy...

After checking-in,we inspected the unit for any inaccuracies in their description.The unit was as described.Within the first day or two,we discovered that the Master Bedroom television was NOT WORKING.We left a message for management on Friday morning,and DIDN'T receive a response until Tuesday.We also had a PROBLEM with the SLOW INTERNET AND OPERATION of the Living Room TV. A technician named Raphael arrived on Tuesday and examined the PROBLEMS and CONFIRMED them as LEGITIMATE. He advised us that it would be up to management to decide what was to be done.NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS WERE RECTIFIED DURING OUR STAY. All in all,we enjoyed our stay at Royal Palm Bay Resort.

Clean, but lots left to be desired!

The apartment was clean & well priced. However, we had to spend lot's of our own money buying necessities that should have been provided. My family of 5 spent 6 nights there and we were only given a total of 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was only 1 kitchen trash bag provided...the one in the can. There were only 5 bath towels and NO washrags. There was only 1 dishwasher pod provided. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work (I can't sleep without a fan), the nightstand lamps did not have lightbulbs. So one of the first things we had to do on our vacation was make a WalMart run to purchase trash bags, toilet paper, washrags, a box fan, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. You get the point. The mattresses were just "ok." On our first day there, my husband went to plug in his phone charger in an outlet that already had a living room lamp plugged in and I saw a large bright flash from where I was sitting at the table. Luckily he wasn't shocked, but upon examining the cord to the lamp, the wires near the plug were exposed and bent. The lamp needs to be removed from the apartment. To sum it up, it was a clean place to lay our heads, not much more.

Hello Shirley Thank you for your feedback. I wish you had contacted us when you encountered those items . We would have taken care of them immediately. All items have been addressed now. As far as supplies we always let guests know that housekeeping only offers supplies for the first day of the stay as we told you in the welcome message so you were aware of it. Im sorry if you didn’t read that. Also you listed 5 adults for the stay so housekeeping letf the right number of bath towels and some pool towels and there is a washer and dryer so towels can be washed. Thank you again for your feedback!

It was ok

The place is in a good location for Disney world, but since is a tow house the noise from the other people can wake you up. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt secure. You will need to bring your own groceries cause there's nothing at all in there. I couldn't even find a good cuting knife. There was just a few towels (not enough for 5 of us) over all I will give 8 of a 10.
