Location, Location, Location! This BEACH BLOCK, South Avalon condo unit on the top floor of the popular Merrimac Condominium has everything! Since The Merrimac is located on the Beach Block, you’ll cross no streets to get to the pristine beach -where you’ll enjoy sinking your toes in the sand! This unit has central air conditioning, a large dining area, good-sized living room, three flat screen TVs as well as internet service. Beautiful ocean views, heated swimming pool and assigned parking. The recreation field, playground, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are just across the street. Fine restaurants and nightlife are located less than two blocks away. ALL Merrimac Resort Rental Units are Smoke FREE both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises. Please check your lease for the exact check in time.
