Enjoy a relaxing stay in this inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with beautiful waterfront views—perfect for a weekend getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom with a soothing jetted tub. A queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional space for guests.

The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. Bar seating is available just off the kitchen, along with a dining table near the walkout patio—ideal for enjoying meals with a view. The living room offers comfortable seating for up to five guests, creating a cozy space to relax.

Step outside onto the patio and take in the scenic sights of boats moving through Round Lake—it’s the perfect spot to unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from Charlevoix’s top dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, giving every stay its own charm. With 47 distinctive units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home experience in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Great place to stay

My husband and I had an amazing time. The view from the condo was breathtaking. There is plenty of shopping great restaurants you couldn’t pick a better location.The Condo was extremely clean and has easy access to everything around town. My husband and I will definitely come back and we felt the price was good.

Unfortunately, the owner of the Restaurant does not have the staff or the need to offer takeout and delivery. Charlevoix does offer doordash and instacart if you needed takeout or delivery.

Hello Sue, We have had our landscaping company out to take care of the overgrown shrubs. Our pool is in working order and has been all season. The hot tub is down for repair and is stated on our website, at the front desk ,as well as posted on the jacuzzi itself. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but for the next visitor’s there needs to be a lamp in the living room and the chairs outside on the patio were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The bushes surrounding the patio should be cut back as well to enjoy sitting out there. We also had an issue with ants coming in the sliding door. We told the maid one day and also reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Also, the pool area could use some attention. And the hot tub was broken.

There were so many weeds up near the patios. You can’t help but notice them when sitting outside. Sitting on the patio, the air conditioning is so loud. Patio door did not lock. Reported it to front desk. It did get fixed. Toilet seemed to run long. Would no longer recommend.

However, a lack of front desk support, a lack of advertised supplies (a sheet for the pull out couch mattress; coffee; soap; dishwasher soap; pool towels) and a lack of cleanliness and upkeep (dirty sink; unemptied trash can in bedroom; broken chair on porch; dirty table; dirty carpet; a lack of concern or accommodation for a power outage when we arrived) made this stay less than desirable and frustrating, given both the price point and past experiences that were enjoyable at this property.
