Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location on Broadway to reach Pearl St or take the Bear Creek trail anywhere in Boulder.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very conveniently located near the university with an amazing view of the Flatirons (it almost looks fake in out pictures!). We would absolutely book here again. Perfect space for a family or group of friends.

About the host
Hosted by Patrick Allen Abramson
I am a professional snowboarder for the past 29 years. I moved to Boulder in 2004 to head coach the University of Colorado snowboard team. I bought this house in 2009 because of the view and its close location to the University. I the winters I travel the world snowboarding for several companies. I also am a professional snowboard instructor for Vail resorts. In the summer I own an irrigation business that services the Boulder area.
Why they chose this property
The view from the living room window of the Flatirons is one of the best parts about this property. I would say second is the location and easy access to the best parts of Boulder. Third is the salt water hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The view, the parking, the bus stop, Saltwater hot tub and the proximity to the University of Colorado
