We had an amazing trip to Southern Pines. A comfortable and cozy stay at the cottage. The kitchen was so easy to cook in and the location can’t be beat (walking distance to restaurants and the park). We can’t wait to come back!

What a great property, very accommodating and had all the essentials that made our stay great. Love the location, very central to walking around downtown. The house is lovely with lots of space for everyone to stretch out. Thank you for a great Southern Pines visit!

Awesome home with southern wrap around porch. We sat on the rockers morning and night! (Could have used even more rocking chairs). Home was perfect distance to walk southern pines, playground, farmers market, shopping and eating! The fall and Halloween decorations at the house were a very nice touch…even down to the “ghost bed sheets”!, my grandkids loved them! Coffee bar was a huge hit w mugs and to-go cups. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were nice w each having its own bath…not oversized, but worked for 6 adults, and 2 small children. Surprised to find that My sisters family rental was across the street which made the trip even better! We all sat on the porch, full moon, ghost blankets, candles and wine…perfect home! Thank you.

Great location for a golf trip

The house is perfectly located for a Pine Needles, Mid Pines, Southern Pines golf trip. The town of Southern Pines has lots of good dining options just a walk or short drive away.

The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen set up is lovely with wonderful pots and pans and dishes etc. The porches are delightful. We truly enjoyed this house and will book again! The location cannot be beat.

Wonderful stay for Horse Show at Carolina Horse Park

We had a great stay while our daughters were showing at the Carolina horse Park, which was about 15 minutes away. It was the perfect location! It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We would stay again next time!
