Villa features individual home with 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath to sleep 8 guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill will setup you up for enjoying your stay. The property includes a huge swim dock on one of the no wake coves, swimming pool from May through September and a 30 foot boat slip and launch directly from Holiday Shores private access. Lovely stay in treehouse like bungalow

We so enjoyed our weekend stay, it was the perfect place for a quiet get away. It was so clean, comfy, cozy with everything that we needed on a lovely quiet cove of the Lake of the Ozarks. It looked just like the pictures and we'd love to come back again on our next trip to the area!

It was very spacious and clean. The walk to the dock was very lengthy and lots upstairs! Very small parking area for boat trailer. Also thought we were staying on the water from the pictures but didn’t. But David was very responsive and very helpful with everything.

The house is very nice and was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The only issue we had was the number of steps to the boat and swim docks. We had my in-laws with us and it was a challenge for them.

Great Home

Want to start out by shouting out the host. It great place and felt like home away from home. I had a few questions for the host and they responded very quickly and answered any questions I had. The house was very clean and nice when we walked in. I definitely will plan to come back to this location if open. Thank you for help making our vacation amazing!

There were six of us on a girls trip, and it was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, but could’ve used an umbrella on the deck. All of the beds were comfortable. We really love the pool. It was located close to the pool. We did not go down to the lake because it’s not easy to get to some of the photos in the ad Make it seem a lot easier to get to! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and recommend.

We’ve been coming to this resort for nearly 20 years for our annual girls’ trip with the women from our company. I now book five units to accommodate everyone. This particular unit has always been well-maintained—the owners keep it updated, it’s clean, and I never have to worry about issues. We used to stay in the lake-tier units, but the steps have become too challenging. Since the resort is built on hills, accessibility is always a concern, but this unit has minimal steps and is conveniently close to the pool, which is perfect for the ladies who spend most of their time there. I just hope the owners continue renting it, as so many other units are no longer available.

Good for small family who like to walk

House was great, communication was great. Bbq pitt didn't work "no big deal" owner said he was going to fix it the next time he came down. Close to the pool but it was very small. The dock that is pictured is pretty far away from actual house with a lot of steep stairs to go up and down. If you have a small family and don't mind a hike it's a great place.

Super cute spot, with all the immenities of home! Close to everything, but tucked into a tranquil location off the main drag. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! So much so that we extended our time. David was easy to contact and work with. Definately recommend and would stay again!
