This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. You're not far from various restaurants and a good grocery store too. Everything worked out very well for me
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated yard for our dog.. The location worked well for us and we loved the park nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Property was clean but had signs of neglect such as weeds in yard, locks and outlets that didn’t work, and extension cord to power dryer from garage. Sheets and towels were old and some expected items, such as bath soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods weren’t stocked. The kitchen had basic essentials and tv and couch were great. Overall it worked well for us but house and grounds could use some attention.

We highly recommend you stay at the Broadmoor Hotel and not a VRBO home next time. No where in our listing do we say we're providing bath soap & Shampoo. If you think our Linen & Towels are old (which they aren't) we'd gladly let you buy New ones for our home. You need to stay in a Hotel next time so you'll appreciate a VRBO home!

Not the best
Communication with the property manager was great every time there was an issue. Multiple times needed the handyman or roofers or air conditioning repair company to come and fix issues. Just seemed like the home has been neglected for quite some time.

You're the exact reason VRBO Hosts don't let or like Locals booking their home. We are having the rainest season ever and when you said there was a leak we immediately sent over a Roofer to fix the skylight. when you said the AC was struggling we immediately had a local HVAC Company come service the unit. Next time Richard, we recommend that you stay at the Broadmoor until you can appreciate a VRBO home again!
We stayed at this house for a family gathering over the Thanksgiving holiday. This home worked out perfectly. It was about 10 minutes away from my sister's house, where we were all meeting while there. It's very close to a big park which was perfect for getting the dogs out for a walk. Also close to a grocery store which was super convenient. There was some confusion with the bedrooms on the listing but the host clarified it for us quickly. It didn't affect our stay or what we needed so it was fine. We did have an issue with our little dog slipping through an open spot in the back fence. He came back fairly quickly and we covered the opening for the rest of the trip.
All in all, we were very pleased with the home and the assistance from the host. We would definitely stay there again!!
The house was great! We loved that we were able to park the car in a garage and my dog loved the back yard. Check-in/out was super easy. The house was super clean and cozy and the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. You could barely even hear traffic from the back yard. Both mattresses were a little hard for our liking but the couch is big enough to sleep on and comfy enough that we didn’t want to get up. Thanks for helping us have a stress-free vacation!
Our stay was very pleasant. We loved your simple decor, but we didn't find the code to the garage door until after I got home. The dogs really enjoyed the back yard but one kept getting out of a tiny hole in the fence as she is only 2 lbs and she was always watched. The coffee was very good touch
