Welcome to Windsor Hills Retreat!

Notice!
We are excited to share that the Windsor Hills Slide and Water Park Project is officially scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, with an estimated completion date of February 13, 2026.
To ensure the project stays on schedule, the construction team will be working 7 days a week (weather permitting) throughout the 6-week period.
The main pool will remain open and operate under normal hours during the project.
However, the Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed for the duration of the slide construction.
⏳ Weather permitting, the project may be completed ahead of schedule; however, it will not extend beyond February 13, 2026.

Excellent top notch stay

My stay was absolutely remarkable other than the issues with the pump for the hot tub, but once addressed, it was taken care of immediately, and I was compensated would recommend to anybody book with these folks!

Great stay!

Place was awesome. Great location in safe neighborhood. Very close to parks. Staff was very helpfull and accommodating. Only downside was that pool was unable to be heated during stay due to the mild temps diring pur stay. But overall great place and very clean

Great location

We enjoyed everything about the property - pool, spa, and the house. The common areas were also nice - large pool and plenty of fun if you have children. We had a few issues - one with check in and one with our late check out, but they were resolved quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Veronica - thank you!

Disney/ Relax home

We enjoyed the comforts of a vacation home close to Disney. We did not want to spend all our time on Disney property and wanted a place to relax, swim, and make food. Kitchen was lovely with all you needed to cook, and the pool and hot tub were used every day to relax. The kids each had their own rooms and bathrooms.

Great location in Winbdsor Hills

We had a positive experience through the entire process of booking the property, checking-in, and communicating throughout our stay. The house is conveniently located close to the community center and pool. It has an outstanding floor plan. The house does need some updates and repairs.

House was amazing

Loved this house neighborhood very quiet,house was very clean and comfortable except for the ants in the kitchen,the jacuzzi stayed lukewarm and we paid 30 a day someone came out to fix it he could not communicate well that was annoying and the check in was ridiculous had to drive 1hour to sign a paper that could have scanned other than that we enjoyed location of all the parks and food will tell friends and family thank you.

Great Location for Orlando attractions

The house is in a great location to be able to get to all of the attractions in Orlando. It is also well within walking distance to the gated community's pool and slides. The AC in the house gave us some issues our first night, in that it was stuck on auto and we couldn't adjust the temp. A quick message to the rental agency cleared it up and was fine the rest of the trip. All in all a great experience.

Nice house, pool was disappointing

The arrival process was streamlined and easy. The house was very clean and contained everything we needed or expected. On occasion, we needed to text the property manager and we received a prompt response. Unfortunately the pool and hottub was broken. We paid additional heating fees and the heating unit did not work. Maintenance said they would send someone, which they did, but they didn't fix the issue. The pool and hottub were so cold that even our young kids could not stay in the water comfortably. Much to our disappointment, we didn't end up using the pool at the house and used the community pool instead. The facilities at the clubhouse were excellent. We were given the option for a late check-out on our departure day, which was for a reasonable fee and very convenient.

Nice home but…

We enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. The HVAC did not work well. The thermostat had a control on it that would not let you set it below 73. It was muggy and hot in the bedrooms and box fans were included…which tells me this is an on going problem. When I contacted management they did lower the set point to 70 but the temp stayed at 73 in the home. But with the humidity it felt a lot warmer. It’s Florida in June and we are on vacation…the HVAC should not be an issue when paying this price for the home. When I suggested to the management that there seemed to be a problem they replied they would monitor the air to ensure our comfort. However, we never felt “comfortable”. Also, I am not a very picky mattress person but the “master” king bed mattress feels hard and cheap. I ended up sleeping in the twin bed instead because it was that uncomfortable. The rest of the house was very nice, clean and well stocked. But with the mattress and HVAC issue we would not return to this property.

However, we have a minimum setting to protect the property and prevent system malfunctions. After your stay, our team checked the AC and found it to be functioning perfectly, confirming that it is operating as intended. Nice space for a family, but not comfortable

I would have loved to give a 5-star rating, but we didn't have the best experience. Mostly it being hot in this home. The house is nice and in a decent neighborhood/resort. Although, we didn't feel safe enough to walk to the main pool (b/c of lots of traffic and speeding cars). The house is spacious for a family and the kids loved the pool. It was pretty clean on arrival but we did have issues with the house. First, the a/c didn't work properly and I thought it was intrusive that the management company adjusts the a/c whenever they want. We were sweating and it was so hot on arrival - 80+ degrees in the house. We waited all day and made two phone calls to the property management and they couldn't get it to cool off in the house. They sent a maintenance guy that night who said everything was fine. It was so hot during our visit and all we wanted was to get cooled off. The only cool room was a the play room in the garage. The rooms never cooled off for our whole stay (a week). The main area would struggle to get to 74 degrees, but the rooms stayed warm. Then, we paid to have breakfast groceries delivered on arrival (an additional cost and service the company offered) and they didn't come. I had to call to ask for them (they were surprised that I didn't get them) and they brought them the next day. But, it was too late as we needed the breakfast kit the first morning, because we didn't have groceries. Another issue is that the grass/lawn was so long and not maintained until the last day we were there. I was terrified there would be snakes or something in the tall grass. Lastly, the mattress in the main bedroom is so firm that we may as well have just slept on the floor. I wish I could say we would stay again, because there were positive things, however the a/c problems were miserable and that alone would be why we wouldn't stay. I could have looked passed all the issues, but not having a/c working in Florida where it was 100+ everyday and high humidity made it miserable.

Great location/first VRBO experience

Loved the area, house was as expected. It looked just like the pictures. My son has had multiple VRBO experiences and said to get a premier host and we should expect 5 star. We were not impressed with the cleanliness . The bedsheets in master were not changed. Lots of long black hair in the sheets and in the master shower. King mattress in master very lumpy. The other king mattress had broken springs and big dents in the mattress. Looked to be at least 20 years old. The shower in the front bedroom had clogged drain. The twin sheets in the Mickey Mouse room were completely yellow urined stain even with our repeated washings. The tips on the poll cues were almost completed flat which made it hard to play pool. The hot tub didn't come close to 104 degrees even though it states on the sign it warms to that. We have a hot tub so we know what 104 feels like. The TV in the living room could npot get channels ABC, NBC or CBS even though we asked maintenance to come fix it. They didn't, said it was fine. My son had to completely unhook and rehook the cords to get it fixed on our 4th day there. The cobwebs were all over the pool screen and multiple spider sacs underneath the chairs. There was also a hole in the screen which allowed a squirrel to constantly enter our patio. The sliding door from the living room to the patio was completely stuck. The trash did not get picked up on Tuesday even though it was in the bench. We had to call to get it done. They said we could not park 3 cars in the driveway even though multiple people on our street did. Overall, all those things did not deter us from trying VRBO again. It wasn't the experience I had hoped for, and I wouldn't stay at your property again. I had asked for some sort of refund and was told no. You really need to step up your game if you want to remain a premier host.
