Very responsive and helpful host, clear instructions for getting in. We really appreciated the collection of books, the extreme cleanliness, and the comfortable bed.

The accommodation is quaint & interesting. Access to each room is through the other and the doorways are narrow.
Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area.
The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly.
Good, quiet & private location with Maes cafe and bakery 3 mins walk.
What a great place to stay for a night!! Enjoyed the quaintness! Very clean and nice coffee set-up.

Lived it!
I booked this quirky little place for my son and his partner as a graduation gift. My sonjust completed his PhD. They enjoyed every minute. Lovely lilttle spot in the heart of beautiful Bath.
Very nice cozy place to make home base for a week. Had everything I needed and owner was very responsive with all of my questions. Primary destination was Bath and very convenient to everything I needed. Thank you!

Thank you, Carol. It was a pleasure having you. Do stay again!
Great little appartment outside of town, maybe a 2 minute drive from the main streets. Surprisingly large. Only downside is you can hear the street noise pretty early in the morning. Minor inconvenience. Charming and quaint. Very cozy. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

I cannot recommend this Master Suite
No curtains on windows, no bedspread or comforter on bed.
‘Fine linens’ were mismatched and torn (fitted ) cotton sheets.
Damaged blinds on bathroom and sitting room windows.
No freezer in small refrigerator.
No trash bin in which to place bag of trash (the owner said we could walk the trash down to the Courthouse and place it in the Courthouse dumpster).
The owner was greatly concerned with our control of the heat. The rooms were 55 degrees when we arrived. He stressed (to the point of making us uncomfortable)that it is very expensive to heat the house/master suite and instructed us to cut the heat back as soon as possible.

A few points: If you require curtains, a freezer and dumpster on the property, how about booking a place that lists those among amenities?.. That one should be easy enough to figure out... Stressing the idea of not wasting the heat makes you uncomfortable?.. Hmmm. Also a veracity problem at no glance here ("no trash bin".. Really?). Besides, it's a bit rich of you to demand big fridges, comforters and fine linens while barely paying economy motel rates. Enough said.
