We had 10 ladies on this trip. My mom, all four of my sisters and a few extra family and friends. The space was great for gathering and the deck was even better! We played cards, played a murder mystery game and spent a ton of time on the water! Renting kayaks was definitely a plus for our group. They host communicated well in the house was very clean!

What a beautiful and relaxing home for our family vacation! It was so fun swimming off the dock. Yes, you can jump in from the dock, but try to jump out a couple of feet and if you're tall, pull your legs up!The bed are super comfortable and the space is beautiful. It easily accommodates 12 people. We loved the patio and ate all but one meal out there. We also enjoyed making s'mores with the gift from the owners. Our host is an awesome communicator and checked in with us often. She took care of the one issue we had very quickly.We would differently stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We had an excellent trip, and the property manager was so helpful. The lake was very private and had little boat traffic. The home was gorgeous and very, very clean with lots of amenities. We would definitely go back.

This property was the perfect place for our family to gather during my son’s wedding weekend. The large open living, dining, and kitchen area were wonderful for gathering and having meals together or sharing sweet moments. The home is nicely supplied with all that you would need; the owner has thought of everything and is great about communication. The decks, lake, and view are spectacular. London lakefront rental

My family enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend stay at this lakefront home. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the private dock. The home was spacious and clean. Celli was very pleasant to work with. We will be renting again.

Family vacation

We had a great time visiting London. Celli was very helpful and provided suggestions on things to do in the area. The house was beautiful and well stocked with items you need. We had 5 children under 12 and they loved fishing, swimming and doing things in the home. We would definitely rent again and had a wonderful time.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! The home is huge and beautifully decorated! The layout of the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed to cook. The property is beautiful and the lake is very quiet, not a lot of boat traffic which was nice for my little nieces who enjoyed swimming. The men and kids had some luck fishing too! We also enjoyed using the fire pit on the deck in the evening, and Celli was kind enough to leave everything we needed to make s’mores! Such a nice touch which was greatly appreciated. As some others have mentioned in the reviews the driveway is VERY steep, and there are a lot of stairs involved getting from house down to the dock and lake area, but neither were an issue for us. We also drove to see Cumberland Falls which was well worth the 40 minute drive. BEAUTIFUL! The owners stayed in touch for any needs we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Great Spot!

The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated our family of 6, with plenty of space. The view is beautiful. Celli was very responsive and kind, a wonderful host. As others mentioned, the driveway is steep (but manageable) and there is a small portion of the road in which is a country road, without lights.

Quiet retreat

We took a college friends' weekend trip to the cabin. It was very clean, plenty of space, and the owner was very nice to work with. Most of us are country girls and used to narrow roads, but the driveway is very steep and the entrance windy, so be prepared with a higher clearance vehicle or 4WD, especially if there is any winter weather.

You can read plenty of great reviews on this property so I will start with the host. During our stay there was a bad storm and soon after arriving our phones were going off with tornado warnings telling us to take shelter. Being in an unfamiliar area made us very anxious. The host called my cell and reassured me that she was tracking the storm path and informed us of the safest spot in the house in the event of a tornado. Taking the time to call us meant the world to me and really helped calm all of our nerves in a stressful time. Now the house. The pictures did not do this house justice with the amount of space you actually have! All of the rooms were great size and the kitchen/livingroom was very large and open. We were pleasantly surprised walking in. There are no bathtubs which worried me with two littles who hate showers but the showers were large with multiple shower heads that we took in toys and pretended it was like the splash pad and it was a hit. The house was very clean and had everything you should need from laundry detergent, makeup remover wipes, and dishwasher tablets to coffee and espresso grounds, as well as a kind host gift of everything needed for making s’mores. I can’t say enough great things about our stay and will likely return!

Great owner and beautiful home!

The owner could not have been quicker to respond to all of my messages, she is kind and attentive. We didn’t have fishing poles and she brought us two the same day I mentioned we didn’t have any! I caught a bass right off the dock and my daughter caught two bluegill! This is a beautiful home and my family had a wonderful time here. Thank you for a very beautiful home for our vacation.

Great place for Family Vacation

Our family rented this property for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful home with a great view and was very well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for preparing a big meal. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. The only thing that I feel that could be improved upon would be some dressers in the bedrooms and perhaps some lamps. The bedrooms are very sparse. Overall, this property was wonderful and our family enjoyed a nice, relaxing time away together for the holiday.

Peaceful Lake House

Out family came down for a wedding in London. The location was perfect. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings on the deck. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The only drawback was the driveway. We had 5 vehicles there some days and it was a challenge with the small parking area at the bottom and having to hike up the hill for the other vehicles.

Great family trip!

This property was incredible! The location has excellent privacy but was still very close to town to go and get anything we needed. We had several younger children with us and they loved being able to jump off the dock and swim all day! We were even able to catch some fish in the mornings and evenings! The home has a ton of space and has been beautifully remodeled! I can not say enough about the kindness and communication with the host. My family and I have done several VRBO vacations and this host went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing getaway for all ages!
