Bajan Luxe Townhome with pool and beach access

"For the entire month of September 2026, the pool at On the Falls will be undergoing renovations. To accommodate this, we are offering a 30% discount for guests who choose to book during this period. Please note that the Beach Club pool will remain open and available for your enjoyment".

The Falls - Townhome 4 is an elegant 3-bedroom 3.5 bath (can also be rented as a 2-bedroom) end unit townhome in a unique community located on Sandy Lane in Sunset Crest on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados. The Falls is a small exclusive secure gated community with 24-hour security. There is a clubhouse with a lounge area, swimming pool, sun lounging area and a gym just steps away from the front door.

The townhome is tastefully furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday including weekly housekeeping services. The spacious open floor plan of the main floor features an Italian kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 6, living room, half bath, a/c and a private covered terrace for outdoor dining.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cool, breezy and all enjoy en-suite bathrooms, a/c and built-in closets. The master bedroom with a king size bed opens onto a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee and it’s en-suite boasts both a tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed.

There is the convenience of a dedicated private covered car port.

Guests have access to the members only “Beach Club” located right on the beach near Holetown, just a short 12-minutes/1km walk, where they can enjoy the use of the pool, loungers, bar and restaurant. Within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car, the area offers a wide range of both fine dining and casual restaurants; a selection of bars and night club; local and luxury shopping; banking; coffee shop; medical centre; the Limegrove Lifestyle Center; and one of the biggest supermarkets on the island. The renowned pristine white sand beaches of the West Coast are just minutes away.

Family vacation

The townhouse was perfect for our family of five. Like a home away from home! Everything we needed was there, including all the little things like bags for the supermarket, coolers, etc. Made lots of amazing memories and will definitely return!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and incredibly kind—Cindy was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The community is very safe, with 24/7 security and a guarded entrance, which gave us great peace of mind. It is walkable to town, the supermarket, and the beach. While it is a longer walk, it is definitely doable; however, we would still recommend renting a car for added convenience.The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Karen, the cleaning lady, did a fantastic job and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.When we were unexpectedly affected by a flight cancellation, David and his team went above and beyond to help us extend our stay, which we truly appreciated during a stressful situation.The amenities were a huge plus—the pool and gym are located right across from the villa, and we also had access to a private pool club and beach with a bar and restaurant. Everything was seamless and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing experience.Overall, everything was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free getaway.
