The Falls - Townhome 4 is an elegant 3-bedroom 3.5 bath (can also be rented as a 2-bedroom) end unit townhome in a unique community located on Sandy Lane in Sunset Crest on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados. The Falls is a small exclusive secure gated community with 24-hour security. There is a clubhouse with a lounge area, swimming pool, sun lounging area and a gym just steps away from the front door.

The townhome is tastefully furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday including weekly housekeeping services. Guests have access to the members only “Beach Club” located right on the beach near Holetown, just a short 12-minutes/1km walk, where they can enjoy the use of the pool, loungers, bar and restaurant. Within a 20-minute walk or a few minutes by car, the area offers a wide range of both fine dining and casual restaurants; a selection of bars and night club; local and luxury shopping; banking; coffee shop; medical centre; the Limegrove Lifestyle Center; and one of the biggest supermarkets on the island. The renowned pristine white sand beaches of the West Coast are just minutes away.
