Steps to the surf and sand, this second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanside condo is located in the Annapolis building and offers a one-level layout featuring a living and dining area, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Living room has a full size pullout sofa. Balcony too! Just a stroll to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, Wifi.

Community Amenities & Features: Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Parking Notes: Parking space #: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2025-2026 Weekly guest badge fee schedule (ages 4+ to use the resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, gym facilities, beach area) This is payable to the resort directly on your arrival at the Beach Shoppe where you pickup your parking tag.

Cute 2 bedroom condo, no great views but very close to all Sea Colony amenities. Clean on the surface, but could have used a thorough dusting and vacuuming, as is typical of most beach rentals. Bathroom fixtures were dated and small but did the job. Kitchen was clean and appliances were fairly new.

Perfect getaway

1st time visiting Bethany Beach and Sea Colony! We will definitely be back. The condo was clean, comfy, nice beach décor and spacious for a family of 4. It had everything we needed. Loved being in the end unit, which was quieter. Steps away from beach and pool which made it easy to grab lunch/snacks. Very close to all the shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay!

This Annapolis building 2 bedroom condo was at the quieter end of the sea colony oceanfront buildings. Although not an ocean view it was conveniently located on the 2nd floor and steps away from pools and the ocean. The unit had updated kitchen appliances along with a fully stocked kitchen, very comfy beds and extra large blankets if needed, large size flat screen tvs in ea bedroom and living room and spacious large dining room/table, large balcony with plenty of chairs and tables.

Great condo and value!

Very pleased with the condo which has beautiful updated furnishings and kitchen. Had plenty of extra pillows and blankets, books and dvds if needed. Owner was very friendly and helpful with answering a few questions after reservation desk was not so helpful.
