Laureanna - Maison avec jardin de 1000 m²
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 80 m² house in Les Ormes to rent for up to 2 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 1000 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine and WC, accessible from the outside
First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1000 m² garden and a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Les Ormes, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

No comfortable chairs to sit on downstairs.No cushions for outside seating.No local information i.e. supermarkets, restaurants, places to visit, along with opening times.No parasol ( told previous visitor had broken it)No recycling details.No door on shower room. Very limited space to put anything, i.e. dressing table stuff or usable space in kitchen.

Ruhe genießen in liebevoll restaurierte kleine Kate
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt durch Nathalie, die uns in dem schön restaurierten alten Häuschen rumführte. Nathalie ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie antwortet sehr schnell auf Emailanfragen und will es einem so angenehm wie möglich machen. Das Häuschen sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern und wurde von einer Ruine in Eigenleistung wieder aufgebaut. Als kleine Überraschung hatte Nathalie frische Blumensträußchen im Wohnbereich verteilt, Eiswürfel vorbereitet, Kekse und ein 1/2 l Rotwein zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet und für 2 Personen mehr als groß genug. Die Kochstelle(2) könnte größer sein aber wir sind gut damit zurecht gekommen. Eine schmale, etwas steile Treppe führt ins Schlafzimmer was ein großes bequemes Doppelbett mit herrlicher Bettwäsche(gut darin geschlafen obwohl die Matratze etwas unnachgiebig ist), den Fernseher(vom Bett aus zu schauen), ein Sofa, Sessel, Kommode(abgeschlossen, konnte man nichts reinlegen) und ein Gestell mit Bügeln für ein paar Klamotten beherbergt. Wenn man länger dort ist, wäre ein Schrank schön. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche grenzt direkt am Schlafzimmer.Das Haus ist voller älterer teilweise kuriose Kleinode dekoriert, es gibt viel zu sehen. Draußen gibt es verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten in dem riesigen Garten.Wir verbrachten 4 schöne und erholsame Tage in dieser ruhigen Gegend und würden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Nathalie übernachten wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
