With over 100 m2 of terraces on 3 levels (some with awnings), saltwater pool with integrated Jacuzzi, well-kept garden and ponds, garden bar with shaded rotunda by the pool and associated sauna area, shower and toilet. In this house everything is double: 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms connected by a large living hall. Parking possibility on the property. Villamartin golf course is at the beginning of the road and 3 others in the immediate vicinity. All shopping, bars and restaurants are nearby. Experience this unique house in a quiet but central location! Excursion possibilities: Mar Menor and La Manga, Cartagena as well as the university city Murcia and palm city Elche. This house is also very suitable for exclusive GOLF small groups. The neighboring golf specialist Albatross Tours (info@albatrossgolftours.com) gladly books tee times for guests of the house and provides green fees at special prices on 26 golf courses in the vicinity.

We fell in love with this Villa

From the moment i booked this villa until the last few minutes we absolutely loved the place, six good bedrooms ( especially the ensuite rooms ) fantastic lounges, two good kitchens, sauna, dining rooms, and a great pool, Kelvin will greet you and make you feel welcome with a guided tour, the vicinity is lovely and only a short walk from local shops and bars, if you like golf like we did then you will find superb golf courses all nearby, overall we loved it and hopefully will go back, thank you.

Agréable et paisible séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Kelvin nous a préparé un excellent accueil à notre arrivée et est resté disponible pour toutes nos demandes. La villa est proche de tout commerce, restaurants et superbes plages. Un grand centre commercial en plein air (Zenia Boulevard) est également proche de la villa. Un grand canal est également proche de la villa et agréable à parcourir à pied ou en vélo. La maison était très bien équipée (notamment dans les cuisines) et la piscine et terrasses sont superbes. Enfin une maison idéale en famille ou entre amis. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation. Najet

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit viel Platz für 4 Generationen, insgesamt 10 Personen. sechs Schlafzimmer gut Ausgestattet (insbesondere die 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad), zwei gut Ausgestattet Küchen, ansonsten ist alles da was benötigt wird. Sehr schöne Terrasse , tollen Pool. Super Strand, für Familien mit kleinen Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen wollen.

Beautiful property, plenty of room for 3 generations, 8 people in total, lovely pool. All the facilities one would wish for, plenty of dishes, glasses etc well supplied Bit of a mix up on arrival but soon sorted. If you have room in your cases take your own towels, the ones we were provided with were in worse condition than the ones I dry my dog with
