This three bedroom cottage sleeps 6 adults. Bedroom 1, has 1 queen bed; bedroom 2, 2 twin beds; bedroom 3, 1 queen bed. Cable TV, WiFi & large screen porch. Kitchen has 4 burner electric stove, built-in dishwasher, microwave and many, many more appliances. There is a gradual sandy bottom beach located 25 feet from the deck and screen porch. Winnipesaukee boasts some of the finest restaurants in New Hampshire, many accessible by boat.
A question often asked is, "how deep is the water at the end of the dock?" The water is 5/6 feet deep depending on the time of year. The lake is higher in the spring.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and is located right on the water in a very peaceful cove. Kitchen was well equipped and the screened in porch is an added bonus. Had a great vacation with our family!

Family Getaway

Stayed at the house with my wife ,son , his wife, and grandkids. The kids really enjoyed the water. There is a lot to do in that area. We had a great time. Bernie was great to deal with.

Lake Life Amazing!

Another great vacation

We have stayed here for several years now and it never lets us down. The house is comfortable, with a great screened porch we all enjoy eating on. The cove is a safe place where the kids enjoy fishing, catching frogs, taking their row boat out and swimming. It’s just an all-around safe place to bring the family. I highly recommend for your family vacation!

Amazing Stay Once Again!!

This was our second summer staying one week at this beautiful lakeside home. It is so clean and cozy, and is the perfect place for a family vacation. The cove is so quiet and peaceful, and Bernie responds immediately if there are ever any questions. We're already looking forward to next year!!

Comfortable home in a quiet cove; great beach for kids

We had a great stay on the quiet Salmon Cove in Lake Winni! The home was clean and comfortable and a nice size for our family of 4. We loved dining on the screened porch and using the paddle boat and canoe and seeing loons and bald eagles. The sandy beach and calm, shallow waters were perfect for our two kids, ages 5 and 2. Check in and check out were easy and convenient.

This is our 5th year staying here and once again had a great time. The cove is perfect for families with young kids. After boating all day the kids loved to explore the beach finding turtles, frogs, fish etc. Bernie is very responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend and look forward to next years vacation!

We’ve been coming to the same place for years now and every year our family makes lifelong memories. Check in is at 3 and the house is clean and ready. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and a beautiful screened porch to feed everyone in. The beds are comfortable, better than a lot rentals I've had before. The owner leaves an instruction sheet with everything you need to know - wifi password, tv instructions, trash instructions etc. The cove is great for families with little ones. Boat traffic is limited and the wakes don’t cause a risk. And to fall asleep at night listening to the loons…nothing better. The owner is very responsive to all requests.

Owner was responsive and available for questions before trip. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. There was lots of living/shared space indoors and on screened porch (the kids called it the fun room.) Nice quiet cove with beautiful views. Only con is needing to bring linens and towels without having laundry on site.

Location was.great.... quiet cove. Dock, beach and screened porch were very enjoyable. Rooms smaller then we were used to and only one small bathroom were downside of week but nothing we didn't know about going into rental

Fun week!

overall, this property is great. The neighborhood that it is in is quiet and wonderful for morning walks. The house itself is older, but has all of the things a family would need. It was very clean upon arrival. My only suggestion would be to include a humidifier in the upper living area as the house did smell a bit damp However, my suspicion is that it is because of the extreme amounts of rain that the region has experienced over the last few weeks. The location on the lake is absolutely perfect. It’s on a very quiet and secluded cove that has very easy access to the open parts of the lake. It was really nice to spend the days out on our boat on “the big part of the lake” and be able to come back to a nice quiet area in the evening. The neighbors are super friendly too -we conversed with them a bit. The owners of this property were extremely easy to communicate with, and were very attentive to any questions that we had.

Beautiful, peaceful vacation getaway!

We had such a great week, we did not want to go home! The house was a perfect size for our group, the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance/utensil you could think of. I’ve seen comments on the bedrooms being small and yes they are, but it didn’t matter to us, as you just use it for sleep and spend 99% of the time on the water anyway. I did not personally try every bed but had comments from some in my group that one of the beds was uncomfortable, but overall we were comfortable. The screened in porch was such a beautiful space and was larger than we expected! There is a futon on the porch but we found it too uncomfortable to sleep on, but it was comfortable to sit and read on. I didn’t see it listed on the description but there is a gas grill on the deck! The yard is small but still was a perfect size and the owner has 3 large umbrellas and a bunch of outdoor chairs available for use. There is also a chiminea that overlooks the lake. The paddleboat and canoe were great to have on hand. The cove itself was mostly calm & quiet. The neighbors are friendly and very quiet and the boat traffic on the cove was almost non-existent, we spent most of the week either on our floats in the middle of the cove or out on our kayak. This is a beautiful, calm, peaceful cove and we loved it! We will definitely come back again someday!

Quaint Home with sandy beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. The house sits in a beautiful, residential neighborhood. A sandy beach, in a quiet cove on Lake Winnipesaukee, is the “backyard”. Ample room on the beach for sunbathing, playing in the sand and relaxing under an umbrella. Dock for a boat! S’mores in the chemenea! We swam all week :) Home is quaint with lovely screened-in porch.

4th year here

This was our 4th year staying here and it is the perfect spot. The house is clean, the beach is always raked and ready for us. They provide a paddle boat and canoe to use and a chimnea to sit around. The screened porch is ideal for dinner and conversations or game night. The owner is very responsive whenever there’s a question. We keep going back because it fits our family’s needs. I can’t say enough good things.

Terrific lakefront property

Home located on a quiet cove on Lake in a lovely neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. AC for super hot days and a screened porch where we had all meals. Had it's own private small beach, complete with chairs and umbrellas, paddle boat and canoe. For boaters, very nice, U-shaped dock. We rented a 24-foot pontoon boat and it fit perfectly. Easily navigate to main part of lake. Host was super responsive and even brought us a Coleman lantern when we lost power due to severe thunderstorms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Lake House

We enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. Nice quiet cove, especially enjoyed swimming and got good use of canoe and paddleboat. Children enjoyed fishing and the many ducks they saw. Nice dock with easy access for our boat. Property was as advertised although a little small for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. The screen porch was a plus and well used for eating and playing games. The outdoor fireplace was nice for s'mores in evening. We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Enjoyed our stay with the house right on the beach. We sat and enjoyed the scenery, watching the ducks ( did not entice with food) and swimming. It was a perfect vacation week.
